Great location! Pleasant covered front porch to watch the sunset, large open living room and kitchen, back deck to eat outside. There is a master suite with a king-sized bed and full bathroom. A bedrooms with a queen sized bed. A bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. A fourth room downstairs can be used as a bedroom with a pull out couch. Washer and drier are conveniently located upstairs.
Proximity is everything. Five minute walk to downtown. Laite beach is a five minute walk in another direction, and the house is located on one of the best jogging/walking loops in town. Plenty of recreation nearby including Lake Megunticook, and Camden Hills State Park.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Laite Memorial Beach. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the vacation home.
