Relax & Unwind - Glowing sunsets and relaxation awaits you in this 3 bedroom 2 bath waterfront home with a fully furnished kitchen. The spacious deck area is a wonderful place to sit to watch for eagles, geese and other wildlife that are abundant to the area while the fire pit is a cozy place for a family evening gathering for story sharing . An empty boat slip awaits anyone who would like to bring a boat or rent one from one of the local marinas. Excellently located to several State Parks, Nashville, Jackson, Memphis and many other areas. Hiking, fishing, boating, skiing, duck hunting, horseback riding are just a few of the recreational activities available to the area. **Fall and winter Kentucky Lake levels are managed by TVA and can be VERY SHALLOW (or no water at all) at this property from Labor Day to April/May. I have no control over the level of water and do not know from day to day what it might be. If you have questions or concerns about the lake level, please message owner with any questions. You can also use the TVA lake information app. Check-In is 4:00 and Check-out is 10:00 a.m.. After a reservation is made, the check-in instructions along with the door access code will be sent via email "THREE DAYS PRIOR to check-in" If you have any further questions-feel free to contact me.

Sunset Cove was an ideal quiet getaway. Our family found plenty of room to rest & play. The host was generous with communication & genuinely hospitable. We enjoyed the game room, fishing at Eva Beach, the sunset swing, & the firepit for smores. The location felt remote, yet we were minutes away from shopping & restaurants. 10/10 recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Cove. The home was beautifully decorated and those VIEWS were amazing! The host was very prompt at answering any questions. It was the perfect long weekend getaway for us. We loved it so much. The kitchen was very thoroughly stocked and the space for eating and just spending time together was perfect. I loved the deck and backyard area!

We enjoyed staying here at Sunset Cove for a fishing tournament we participated in at Eva Landing. The home was extremely clean and well appointed. While we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor space as much as we would have liked, it was really nice! The cornhole boards and ping pong table in the garage was a nice surprise for the teens. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Sunset Cove provided us with much needed time away from home. There is nothing like sitting lakeside listening to the sounds of the lake. Our hostess Karen was phenomenal- readily available if needed. The amenities were plentiful.

Fishin' Soup for the Soul

Everything about this property was as described in the listing. If anything, it was even better than we had hoped.Nicely appointed, super clean, well equipped and close enough to town for supplies. The outdoors area is great, with large deck, and both gas and wood fire-pits.The covered dock is a blessing for anyone bringing a boat, with a public launch ramp next door which was rarely in use during our 5 week-day stay. Be sure to follow Karen's advice about seasonal water levels. Even at normal pool, the bay is fairly shallow, but we had 5 feet at the dock in June, plenty for our fishing boat. Karen is a wonderful host and was attentive to our needs, of which we had none.We highly recommend.

Retreat made in Heaven

Rest, relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect with family is what this trip was about. Sunset Cove was a BIG score for all of us. Karen, who owns this lovely home is great to work with. If you need it, it was there. the house is fully stocked and move in ready. (Minus the food) See all her pictures on the sight. Our favorite place in the house was the game table, where we spent many hours trying to beat each other at Mah Jong. We had a great time in the game room playing Ping Pong and Foosball. Okay, so this house is on the lake and the view is outstanding. There are Decks, patios and a fire pit to enjoy. This house also sports it's own dock. Very easy lake access for boating, floating and fishing. We look forward to returning in the future as a family because a great time was had by all.

Very comfortable and cozy home with a beautiful view of the cove and sunset! The home was very clean and the beds and furniture all comfortable. The dock and boat ramp access made it so easy for us to be on the water and enjoy fishing and swimming! There was plenty of everything we needed in the home! Absolutely loved our stay at Sunset Cove! The house is absolutely lovely and located in a quiet little neighborhood. Everything was exactly as described in the description. Everything throughout the house is labeled, which was extremely helpful! The boat ramp was right next to the house with easy access. If you’re looking for a nice relaxing place to stay, this is it!

Property was beautiful and once we arrived we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the house was. The listing looked nice, but once we arrived it was much more. Fun games to play, clean, nicely decorated, great location, Huge game room for entertaining during a rain storm. The fishing was also great. We caught fish all day consistently. great for a family get away and I would recommend they take more pictures because it is way nicer than the pictures show. The pictures they have are nice, but the home and dock are even better than advertised.

We had an amazing time. We were in town for an event and the house was just so cute and clean. We loved hanging out at the dock and fishing.
