The 6 bedrooms, including a suite, feature king-size beds that can be converted into twin beds and each has a private bathroom with an Italian-style shower. The suite is divided into two sleeping areas, includes a king-size bathtub, and offers direct access to a balcony.
The house features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room for 14 guests, and a cozy living room with a grand piano, foosball table, library, and a projector available upon request.
The private 8,000 m² park offers a 15x4 m saltwater pool, a trampoline, a large dining terrace for 16 guests, a poolside lounge with sunbeds, a barbecue and plancha, as well as a summer lounge. A private parking area can accommodate up to 15 cars.
On-site activities include private access to the Bidouze River for kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing, as well as facilities for swimming, badminton, foosball, and pétanque. There is also a picnic area by the river and direct access to the Véloroute 81, which connects the Atlantic to the Mediterranean—ideal for cycling, running, horseback riding, or off-road scooter rides.
