This spacious house situated on a residential housing area of Camelford is the perfect place from which to enjoy your self catering holiday. This dog friendly home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and is beautifully presented to a modern and very high standard, offering luxury, comfort and a real ‘home from home’ feeling to welcome you.
Parking is provided on a private driveway, covered by CCTV and Ring doorbell, with electric charging point, which is charged at £5 per day to use for guests of the house (must be booked for full length of stay). On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped and modern kitchen with everything you will need for your stay, including dishwasher, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, fridge, freezer and a full range of utensils, pots pans, cutlery and crockery and coffee machine. Next to the kitchen is a modern dining area with plenty of room for the whole family to sit and enjoy your meal with double doors leading out the garden. The large, and very well maintained garden, with outdoor seating area is fully dog secure to enjoy the warm Cornish evenings after a busy days exploring. The living room with inviting large leather sofas and cosy armchair nestled around the mantle with electronic fireplace is a great space to completely relax in front of the large flat screen smart tv with soundbar for those movie nights. Again with double doors leading out to the garden and patio area. Beautifully decorated with wooden floors, it really is a pleasure to spend time in this room.
Downstairs you will also find a good sized double bedroom with vanity unit. Opposite that a modern W/C.
Upstairs you will find another other two bedrooms and family bathroom. Again, all finished to a very high standard with luxurious comfortable mattresses. The family bathroom is large with bath and rainfall shower above, sink and toilet. The master bedroom boasts a Kingsize bed, wardrobe and spacious chests of drawers, as well as en-suite bathroom with modern features including rainfall shower. The third bedroom has twin beds perfect for the kids to snuggle down at night. Between the two upstairs bedrooms there is a ‘snug’ with bean bags, desk and tv, ideal for letting the little ones play and unwind after a day of exploring.
