in Ste-Cécile Plage (the beach in the village of Camiers) is LABELLIZED "4 EPIS"
 (end of membership "gites de france" in 2017)

WARNING
Rentals are only per full week
- from Saturday to the following Saturday,
weekends, which can only be agreed rarely
only in very "low season"

It can accommodate in generous spaces
- 5 people (and up to 7 people: to be negotiated)
 (a sofa bed with a high resilience mattress, completes the furniture in the 2 very comfortable bedrooms (high quality new bedding)
TO NOTE
Preparation of beds and supply of bed linen and towels
- is 1 OPTION (not included in the rental week rate)
and which becomes compulsory when the "week" rate benefits from a promotion

- 1 WIFI INTERNET access
- a spacious living-dining room,
 more
-a veranda "living room" which magnifies the atmosphere
(in total 10 lounge seats)

It is equipped with antique furniture
 (table, trolley and chairs in oak and 1 Henri II buffet, revamped)
- a 3-seater bench with comfortable seat, 2 armchairs, 1 of which is stressless
- a coffee table
and
- a "standing man" TV stand
(Bluray DVD player and loan of many DVDs possible)
- a "wood" fireplace perfect its cozy atmosphere and its charm

The veranda has a 3 seat "Voltaire" bench, covered with purple velvet
and 2 leather lounge chairs

The kitchen is separate and generously equipped (including induction hob, freezer, etc.)

Upstairs ,
- 2 bedrooms with warm decor, and neat, whose bedding equipment is new and of high quality,
share
a bathroom with a shower bath, with shower screen, thermostatic tap,
 1 turbo towel radiator,
 and
 1 second WC (the other WC is on the ground floor)

Many closets and storage, coat racks, tables, seats, and electrical outlets

In total
5 people (to 7 people, in which case tariff and charge adjustment (supplement, at cost price))
 can benefit from this comfort


- 2 double beds are available, 1 of which can be separated into 2 single beds, and 1 other

A 700m² enclosed garden, abundantly flowered and maintained, surrounds the cottage,

A leisure room completes this equipment where you can spend hours distracting yourself from the beach or walks

This villa offers its guests barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and a garden. The family-friendly villa also features laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
