About this property
Il Campanile by Wonderful Italy
Charming apartment located in the heart of the town of Camogli, overlooking the main street, just a few steps from the typical local shops and charming artisanal boutiques.
The accommodation, located on the fourth floor of a building without a lift, consists of a detached kitchen as well as a living area furnished with a sofa, dining table and smart TV. The interior layout includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed and two single bedrooms, as well as a bathroom equipped with a bidet and shower. The seafront can be reached via a picturesque staircase leading downhill.
*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
The charming town of Camogli is a typical seaside village, now a tourist center known for its small harbor and colorful waterfront buildings, also called "the town of a thousand white sailing ships."
The town center of Camogli, which occupies the valley to the west of Mount Portofino, overlooks Paradise Gulf at the western end of the Portofino promontory on the eastern Riviera, east of Genoa. Between Camogli and Portofino, in the clear waters of the Portofino protected natural area, the 1954 bronze statue of the "Christ of the Abyss" stands at a depth of 17 meters. The largest part of the Portofino regional nature park to be visited belongs to Camogli, and not to be missed is the defensive castle of Dragonara di Camogli, with a wonderful sea view. For a spiritual visit, it is impossible not to go to the luminous basilica of Santa Maria Assunta, built in 1826.
Camogli - S. Fruttuoso Station is less than a 5-minute walks from the apartment while Genoa Airport is about 35 km away.
