Room was at 75 degrees when entering at 9pm. An alarm clock was not provided. The only ice machine wa located at the far end of the building and was on the first floor only. The room did not have an adequate supply of electrical outlets and all were located in very inconvenient places.

This is an Old World style of hotel. Plush. Deep colors. Marble (probably synthetic). Large rooms with actual closets, wooden doors, elegant bathrooms, an inviting lobby with classy carpets, as are the carpets in the room. Drapes are total blackout drapes. LIghts come on automatically when you enter the hall or bathroom. While this isn't an actual old building, it fakes it well down to the embossed wallpaper. No wall hangings. Nice. Comfortable bed with substantial sheets. Very clean. Furnishings of wood. I prefer some wear to sanitized furniture and these were a bit worn. Quiet, in spite of the highway being right there. I'd stay here again.

Stayed 4 nights to attend the SuperBowl. Although the rooms are a little dated I found the beds to be comfortable, the bathroom to be very clean with great hot water pressure. There’s a mini fridge and microwave along with a Keurig machine in the unit and another in the lobby. Plenty of cups and Kcup pods to use. The front desk people were extremely friendly and helpful. There are several fast food options within walking distance and a small mini mall less than a 15 minute walk away with some awesome breakfast places, drug store, and Supermarket. Package store was a 10 minute walk. There’s an awesome mall area 2.2 miles away with high end shopping and awesome restaurants. The Uber ride was approximately $8.00. If staying in the Santa Clara / San Jose area again I would definitely stay here.

Stayed at this hotel 4 nights for the Superbowl. Only about 12 miles from stadium. The place is a little dated but I would definitely stay here again. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and Bathroom was very clean with awesome Hot water pressure. Front desk people were terrific and accommodating. There are several places to eat within a 15 minute walk and also a grocery store and CVS. No need for a rental car because there are plenty of Uber and Lyft drivers around.
