Unfortunately, there’s no air conditioning, which made sleeping difficult. Also worth noting: there’s a group of homeless people staying long-term right next door in the adjacent mall, which made the area feel a bit uneasy, especially at night. Overall, not the most restful or comfortable

Very clean, friendly staff, and a perfect complimentary breakfast. Everything was cooked perfectly and the hostess was super friendly. We've all had that insulting complimentary breakfast with the scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, porridge, and the rest of the cereals. The one where you might have to visit the room right afterwards? Well, this was like that breakfast was meant to be. Good bacon, decent sausages, great scrambled eggs, and the most perfectly cooked little hash browns I've had in years. Like perfect! Will stay again next time I come through.

My 2 year old son found an old chocolate bar beside the bed and decided to eat it. Good thing he’s not allergic. We complained and the hotel decided a $50 gift card to Starbucks should cover it. What a joke. They should have covered our room

Expensive for a mediocre stay.

Hotel staff were friendly, pictures of the hotel are misleading as the building shown in the photo is not building you stay in. No elevator, staff did not offer to bring bags to our room despite this.

The property was not horrible but itwas certainly dated. I can handle that, but there was definitely an odor. That was hard to handle till you were used to it. It made it feel dirty. Staff were friendly. Breakfast food is pretty much what youd expect with a free breakfast. As i said, the property was ok for 1 night. Just an fyi, we were on the first floor at the very end of what seemed like a motel. Maybe the hotel/tower area was nicer and more updated.
