Experiência ótima

O hotel tem uma ótima infraestrutura. Tudo é muito novo: recepção, banheiros, quarto. Impecável nesse aspecto. A localização também é um quesito favorável. Fica em meio ao centro da cidade, numa rua tranquila, perto de quase tudo. As únicas ressalvas que faço com relação ao hotel diz respeito: 1) à limpeza das xícaras colocadas para o café da manhã: muitas delas têm manchas permanentes de café. 2) na madrugada, não há possibilidade de servir qualquer lanche ou refeição ao hóspede, pois o restaurante se encontra fechado completamente; 3) há aparentemente poucos funcionários para realizar o serviço de mensageiro: tudo que pedíamos para deixarem no quarto, levava um tempo bem maior que o razoável... coisa de trinta minutos, e a justificativa era sempre a mesma... de que o mensageiro estaria ocupado e que tão logo retornasse enviaria o item que eu havia solicitado.

Péssima Experiência

Péssima estadia. É a época mais concorrida em Campina Grande e o hotel não se prepara para isso. Se pedir um refrigerante demora 2h. Tudo acaba no restaurante e no bar e não repõem nos dias seguintes. Cada funcionário diz uma coisa, vários nos diziam que não tinha serviço de quarto até às 16h, que deveríamos descer e buscar o que quiséssemos. O restaurante não tem nem katchup, por exemplo, segundo eles pq não servem hambúrguer. Até o refrigerante eles diziam que acabou. Pedimos cabides e disseram que já tinham TRÊS no quarto. Pedimos mais e mandaram alguns, sendo que metade quebrados. Não dá nem para descrever o tanto que nos arrependemos de não termos desistido de ir quando não conseguimos vaga no hotel da concorrência, que é mais caro, mas 100x melhor (fiquei lá no São João do ano passado).

Hotel novo e moderno, porem, tres pontos críticos, 1) A recepção, quando da chegada, o sistema estava fora do ar, e passamos mais de 1 hora, na fila, sem qualquer esclarecimento, só informando que o sistema estava fora do ar. 2) Abastecimento do frigobar, tínhamos que ir a portaria, pagar pelo produto e recebermos. A mesma conduta para os serviços do restaurante. Sem falar nos preços, um absurdo para a categoria do hotel. Por fim, a arrumação dos quartos não existiu pra nós, nos dois restantes da nossa hospedagem. Só no dia da chegada. Não recomendo!

Hotel novo, limpo e equipe bem preparada. Fomos informados que estavam operando em soft open, mas fiquei presa no elevador por mais de 2min e nenhuma satisfação foi dada. Apertei o botão de alerta, tentei contato pelo interfone, e nada. Mandei msg para meu marido, que teve que ir falar com a recepcionista para ela notar que tinha alguém preso no elevador. Fora isso, o café da manhã é ótimo e as instalações também.

Apesar do hotel não está com 100% de seus serviços, pois em julho/2019, só estava com 10 dias de aberto ao público, já ofereceu um serviço de muita qualidade. Espaços modernos no geral.
