Ótimo para ir com crianças. Funcionários prestativos e atenciosos. Refeições de boa qualidade e com variedade, só precisa melhorar nos pães e bolos. Um bebida por pessoa inclusa é um ponto positivo. Estrutura interna do prédio e parte externa parecem estarem novas e conservadas, talvez passou por uma reforma. Precisa de uma reforma nos quartos e banheiros, cama não muito confortável. Sentimos falta de uma Tv smart. Academia fraca. Piscina deveria ser aquecida, mesmo climatizada neste frio não da conta, e acaba perdendo uma atração. Portaria dos veículos um pouco devagar. Do mais, o custo benefício vale a pena para quem quer descansar e sair da rotina de casa.

Comida e equipe de animação incriveis! Recomendado para familias e idosos. O hotel pode ficar barulhento ao longo do dia... a equipe de animacao esta o tempo todo "animando" o resort. A comida é muito saborosa! Recomendo.

Pontos positivos: comida muito boa, pessoal do restaurante e da recreação muito prestativos e atenciosos. Área verde hotel bem conservada. Pontos negativos: Quartos antigos, precisam de atualização, bem como as áreas comuns do hotel; Na área do hotel praticamente inexiste sinal de celular 📵, mas o pior é que para utilizar o sinal do Wi-Fi é necessário preencher um questionário, sendo que já somos cadastrados como hóspedes, muita burocracia.

Pagar caro para dormir mal

Pontos Positivos: a comida é boa; funcionários do restaurante e limpeza são atenciosos e prestativos Pontos negativos: a infra do hotel é antiga e precisa de uma reforma urgente. O banheiro está desgastado, o quarto tinha apenas duas lâmpadas e era escuro, a cama desconfortável. Não há isolamento acustico e se vc tiver o azar de estar virado para piscina esqueça a possibilidade de descanso! Seu quarto torna-se a área de lazer do hotel. A noite, o barulho do lobby impede uma boa noite de sono. Precisei ligar na recepção as 23h10 quando estava claramente excessivo e os funcionários presentes nada faziam para zelar pela tranquilidade. O check-in levou 30min e no check-out tinha uma bebida errada na nossa fatura. Falta treinamento e reformas estruturais. Em suma, de "eco", apenas o barulho que ecoa por todos os lados.

Recomendo

A hospedagem foi muito boa, embora tenha sido no Natal, o hotel fez o possível para dar conta da demanda. Os funcionários são atenciosos, a alimentação muito boa, e os monitores bem presentes. Percebemos que o hotel está passando por uma restruturação e para tudo isso dar certo, necessita de um tempo. Que venham mais novidades!

O resort em geral é muito bom. Refeições deliciosas. Áreas de lazer grandes e monitores super animados. Limpeza ótimas. Pontos negativos é algumas partes de lazer que precisam de reforma, como as piscinas, o aquecimento da coberta não é tão boa e os quartos. E o barulho no saguão vai até tarde e esse barulho chega nos quartos do primeiro andar pelo menos.
