It is lawn, with orchard of lemon, orange, tangerine, blackberry, cherry, acerola, fig, avocado, seriguela, mango, persimmon, banana and cane, has a balcony with capacity for two hammocks, gardens, swimming pool with jacuzzi and waterfall. It is in an excellent neighborhood (Água Preta), with clean air, pleasant climate and direct contact with nature.
