Pontos Negativo: Hotel caríssimo pelo que oferece Dormimos 2 noites . Pessima estrutura. Banheiro péssimo, com mofo nos azulejos, chuveiro fraco, toalhas duras e a tampa do vaso sanitário era almofadadas e com rasgos , completamente anti higiênica . Quarto ruim , ar condicionado pingando água em cima da cama nas nossas cabeças, pedimos para arrumar , mas não tivemos retorno e não fizeram nada. Hotel muito barulhento , as 05h00 da manhã começa o preparo do café da manhã, e da para escutar toda a conversa da cozinha e o barulho das panela e das bandejas. Pontos positivos : Funcionários educados e gentis. Café da manhã bom.

Hotel em ótimo lugar na cidade, tem fácil acesso a tudo em volta, sem precisar usar algum tipo de locomoção, atendimento muito bom, principalmente da Luciana, sempre prestativa! O quarto que fiquei é bom, mas já esta precisando de uma pintura, falta um pouco mais de iluminação no banheiro e o chuveiro deixou um pouxo a desejar, precisando ser trocado, antigo e saindo pouca água, mas no geral o hotel atendeu as espectativas com bom custo benefício.

O Hotel esta longe de ser um 4 estrelas , essa avalicao é enganosa e induz ao erro clentes ,rua super barulhenta e dificil e dormir ,chuveiro eletrico que nao esquenta ,cafe da manha com poucas opções, por exemplo pao integral ,, foi esquecido de colocar tolhas na arrumacao e foi pedido pelo telefone a recepção, passado 15 minutos e nada de entregarem ,minha esposa desceu para pegar e as duas recepcionistas estavam conversando ,Lamentável esse hotel

Quando fechamos o pacote já sabíamos, por experiência, que seria um quarto mais simples porém o que chamou a atenção foi: pia do banheiro entupida com cabelo, vidro do box sujo, quarto com muito pó e sujeira no chão. Café da manhã bom, atendimento bom dos funcionários, no geral. Menciono aqui apenas para reverem a questão da limpeza.
