Excelente atendimento da Julia na nossa chegada. Facilitou nosso check-in, o que foi muito importante na nossa chegada. Local muito limpo e funcionários sempre muito solícitos e gentis. Café da manhã excelente! Tudo muito saboroso e fresco. Chuveiro e cama muito bons, roupas de cama/banho limpas. Secador de cabelos disponível no quarto. Contras: sentimos falta de um espaço social comum no hotel. A recepção não tem nenhum sofá ou espaço de espera. Seu trânsito dentro do hotel é do quarto pra rua. Pra quem vai ficar mais tempo hospedado, fica um pouco desconfortável. Próximo também não tem muitas opções de restaurantes e no hotel, poucas opções de compra de bebidas/lanches. Tivemos um contratempo na chegada relacionado a hoteis.com. A plataforma não tinha informado ao hotel Metrópole sobre a nossa reserva. Mas foi resolvido posteriormente, pelo próprio hotel.
