The parking lot is a pain, sometimes have to get out from car and call the reception to open the gate, very inconvenient. Have to wait near to 8 minutes to have hot water to take a shower early in the morning. Breakfast is good

This is the first hotel I’ve ever been at that doesn’t provide blankets. Only sheets. There was a throw in the closet but only for one bed and when we left , they did not clean it, only fold it up and put it back in the closet. Very dark and noisy hotel. They are definitely trying to save money and cut corners everywhere they can. No business center as the web site advertises. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place.

OLá. O que mais a acho que vcs devem melhorar é o horario do cafe da manhã aos sábados e domingos. Pois a gente procura o hotel (a maioria) para um casamento.... para uma formatura (no caso da minha estadia), dorme tarde e no outro dia quer acordar tarde, mas tem que acordar até 9:30 para pegar o café das 10:00..... Pra quem dormiu 04:00, como é o nosso caso, por causa de uma Formatura, gostaria de ter dormido mais para depois ir ao café e pegar a estrada. Por esse motivo, não hospedarei mais com vcs...

O quarto em boas condições, a equipe excelente. Todos muito atenciosos. A melhorar: A entrada do estacionamento, ter que sair a noite, escuro e com chuva para chamar a recepção por interfone. O mesmo para sair. O café da manhã estava bem servido, mas em qualquer serviço self-service deveria ser obrigatória a disponibiidade de alcool gel 70o. Um ponto negativo, mas não há como alterar. Coisa de arquiteto que só pensa em beleza. O hall de entrada realmente é bonito, mas não é possível ir do apartamento até a recepção ou ao restaurante sem ter que descer e subir varias escadas e rampas. Ruim para idosos e quem tem dificuldade de locomoção.

Ruim desde o check in. Apenas uma pessoa atendendo, demora no processo e longa fila. No site fala que no sábado o restaurante fica aberto até as 15, mas chegando lá pouco antes das 14, estava fechando. Após muito insistência e por haver 10 pessoas que queriam almoçar, abriram o restaurante por mais uma hora. Chegando lá, 1 hora de espera para preparar um frango grelhado com legumes, e com preços totalmente inflacionados. Quarto tamanho normal, mas com a cama muito dura, colchão já passou da hora de ser trocado. Café da manhã foi a única parte boa da estadia. Valor da diária não compensa o que entrega.

Já estive neste hotel algumas vezes e gosto muito, limpeza, atendimento... tudo ok O único problema é o restaurante que apesar de muito bonito, pessoal atencioso e atento, tem uma qualidade de alimentos e deficiência no preparo muito grave, experimentei por 3 vezes para ver se não era uma problema pontual, mas infelizmente os 3 pratos que pedi estavam bem ruins...acredito que deva ser terceirizado e precisa ser revisto...

Apenas uma breve hospedagem

Quartos apertados com uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro. Este é o padrão dos quartos. Para um casal e uma criança pequena pode ser. Banheiro pequeno e sem ventilação forçada. Um único elevador, que por sinal perigoso por existir uma escada bem próxima da saída. Apesar de ter restaurante, nos dias da minha hospedagem não houve almoço ou jantar. Serviço de informação sobre atividades na cidade bem deficitário. Ambientes escuros (economia de energia?). Hotel não possui piscina ou Solarium ou um Bar. Limpeza das unidades OK, porém devido à equipe de limpeza ser pouca, há uma boa demora na arrumação.
