Basic, but good. Location is not bad, walking distance to a big supermarket and the main Rua do Porto area; extra helpful staff; decent breakfast. The fact that the pool is not heated and sort of indoors does not help: Even under a radiant heat, water is still freezing cold.

Explendoso café da manhã, funcionários ótimos, quarto bom, porém, o piso do banheiro é muito liso, com sabonete, se não tiver uma sandália boa não fica de pé. O ar condicionado é muito antigo, nunca consegui saber se estava no ar ou ventilador, além de muito barulhento. De resto o hotel é bom, ótima localização.

Quarto deixou a desejar. Chuveiro ruim, tive que pedir toalha de rosto porque não tinha no quarto. Sem controle da televisão só do aparelho Net, que estava com mal funcionamento não funcionava para o volume. Para desligar a TV, só na TV mesmo. Ar funcionou, mas muito barulhento. Café da manhã bom.

Atendimento da recepção muito amador, havia uma senhora de muita idade na recepção que só estava lá para ocupar espaço, quando a recepcionista chegou a senhora mais atrapalhava do que outra coisa. O quarto era conjugado, porém só um quarto tinha ar condicionado e esse estava com a parede com infiltração e completamente mofado. Banheiro muito antigo e mal iluminado. Na entrega das chaves que nem eletrônica é a recepcionista foi extremamente mal humorada. Me parece que o hotel é familiar mas pelo estado que se encontra o atendimento a família precisa ter mais cuidado e atenção com o hóspede.
