A estrutura do hotel é boa, mas não gostamos de várias situações que acreditamos não serem corretas. Muitos eventos de vários segmentos nos espaços do hotel que estavam acontecendo no fim de semana, deixaram o espaço dos hóspedes muito limitado. Muito barulho, pessoas mal educadas nos espaços coletivos, crianças correndo e gritando e, nenhum funcionário tomou providências para deixarem de incomodar os hóspedes. Num outro momento, não podíamos usar/jantar pois estava tendo um café para muitas mulheres, tivemos que aguardar até às 20h00 para liberar o restaurante. Hóspedes nos espaço de laser até mais de 23h00 fazendo muito barulho e gritaria, aparente todos embriagados, ouvíamos do nosso quarto. Enfim, não volto nem indico, diária cara para passar por essas situações

Checkin confuso e tentou me cobrar a diária ja pega pelo hoteis.com, dois dias antes me garantiram que havia carregador veicular mas chegando lá me informaram que estava em manutenção a semanas. As fotos nao condizem mais com as instalações dos quartos devido a falta de manutenção.

Esta foi a terceira e última semana em que fiquei no hotel, o hotel possui uma boa infraestrutura mas parece que a última manutenção que fizeram nos quartos foi há muito tempo atrás. Desta vez o ralo do chuveiro não dava conta de descer toda a água e enchia o box, transbordando e molhando todo o banheiro. O ar condicionado estava pingando agua no quarto. Os funcionários são atenciosos e acredito que estão fazendo o melhor com o que eles conseguem. Mas acredito que o problema está na administração do hotel. Os quartos precisam de uma revisão nos ar condicionados, frigobares, luzes e ralos. O hotel precisa de toalhas novas também.

Dessa vez me trocaram de quarto 4 vezes, o 1º a cama estava sem os pés, o 2º o frigobar não estava gelando, o 3º a luz que ilumina a mesa não estava acendendo e por fim, o 4º o frigobar não tinha botão para mudar temperatura. Depois de ter que praticamente implorar para ter um quarto no qual funcionasse tudo que estava previsto, pegaram o frigobar de outro quarto e me levaram no 2º. Vale ressaltar que a lâmpada que ilumina a mesa ficava piscando, mas isso eu nem cheguei a reclamar. Condição das toalhas já estão no fim da vida útil. Mas de resto o hotel é ok. Apenas necessita de manutenções preventivas.

Logo na entrada, o carrinho para levar as malas estava quebrado e o atendente ficou apenas observando e não nos ajudou. Sou uma mulher idosa e estava com outra idosa também. A porta do quarto emperrando. Varios insetos pequenos no banheiro. Hotel com aspecto de abandonado. A piscina toda suja, com lodo na borda e cheia de folhas e sujeira. Impossível utilizar. As cadeiras todas descascando, sujas. Equipe péssima. Atendimento ruim, sem educação, como se estivéssemos fazendo algo errado quando pedíamos informação ou alguma solicitação. A única coisa que salvou foi o café da manhã e as comidas do restaurante que estavam excelentes. Não recomendo o local .

Equipe super atenciosa, roupa de cama e banho muito boas... Hotel antigo, alguns corredores e o quarto carecem de uma pintura, mas tá tudo limpo e a TV oferece bons canais ora distrair. O bar no terreo está reformado, bonitão, a piscina parece boa (não a usamos...) e o café é simples... Pra nós valeu pela localização, era a poucas wuadras do nosso destino (Teatro Carlos Mendes).
