Avaliando justamente para eu lembrar de não voltar mais. O hotel inteiro tem um cheiro de mofo e coisa velha. Minha porta ficou os 2 dias apitando como se estivesse aberta. Meu chuveiro só saiu água fria (para equilibrar a temperatura do quente, no último dia). O café da manhã é simples e não vale o custo de mais de trezentos reais. Estacionamento pago a parte. O pessoal da limpeza deixou a desejar, depois da visita da faxineira meu quarto ainda tinha pó. Tirei o rolo de papel para usar no meu quarto e a camareira não repôs. Péssima experiência.

Achei o hotel muito caído! Pra começar, ao chegar na acomodação a porta do quarto estava escancarada… achei estranho… Quando precisei sair do quarto descobri que a porta só fechava por dentro, a maçaneta não rodava por fora, ou seja, não havia a possibilidade de sair do quarto, pois a porta ficaria aberta com meus pertences lá dentro. Liguei para a recepção e apenas me orientaram que algumas portas do hotel estavam com esse problema… Não foi oferecido para trocar de quarto em nenhum momento! Além disso, o frigobar do quarto faz um barulho muito desagradável, que atrapalhou muito à noite! Tentei desligar na tomada, porém a tomada ficava escondida atrás de um painel. Conversei com outra hóspede, que relatou o mesmo problema do barulho no quarto dela! O chuveiro também é extremamente apertado e não há suporte algum para colocar sabonete, sahmpoo e etc… Infelizmente não vale a pena a estadia nesse hotel!

Melhor atributo do hotel é sua localização que é ótima! No geral o hotel é bem ok. Café ok. Banheiros ruins, nao tem suporte para produtos dentro do box (as vezes dei azar, mas uns 4 quartos que fui não tinham) Roupa de cama tem cheiro muito forte, não sei se de produto ou se de guardado, mas definitivamente não é cheiroso. Toalhas além de pequenas são bem velhas e ralas. TVs são antigas. De resto é razoável.

Nas fotos postadas para ver como é o hotel parece excelente, mas chegando la, totalmente diferente, único que realmente semelhante é a área do café da manhã, que por sinal era a única coisa que era bom. Ar condicionado nao funcionava direito, vaza água pelo quarto, não gelava, banheiro era ok, mas dentro do box não tinha nem um local para colocar o sabonete ou shampoo, ou seja tinha que colocar tudo no chão. Cama extremamente ruim, parece que não sao trocadas desde de quando inaugurou o hotel.
