Very close to everything. Awesome staff! The food was good. And you have to pay for parking but it’s worth it. About 5 dollars, 26 Reais. 20 minutes from Viracopos Airport

Foi uma das piores experiências que ja tive, o hotel simplesmente perdeu meu carro! Sim, perdeu Vc paga caro na hospedagem, e ainda precisa pagar diariamente para o estacionamento. Fiquei 40 minutos esperando localizar meu carro, me atrasei para meu compromisso e ficou por isso mesmo. Disseram que vão estornar apenas o valor do estacionamento quando na verdade deveriam estornar tudo porque foi um absurdo imperdoável, mas mesmo assim nenhum estorno foi feito, mas vindo desse hotel nao me surpreende. Tiveram a coragem de me dizer que nao achavam o carro e seguiram no tanto faz mesmo vendo meu desespero. Não indico e não recomendo, corram dessa cilada

Os funcionários são bem atenciosos e simpáticos, em especial a Sra. Emilly, que trabalha no atendimento no restaurante. Muito eficiente e bem gentil. Quarto limpo, espaçoso e renovado. Hotel belíssimo e elegante. Voltarei mais vezes. Parabéns à gerência que faz tudo funcionar perfeitamente.
