Péssimo atendimento na recepção

Internet ruim, canais de televisão não funcionando, atendimento da recepção péssimo e a atendente da parte da manhã e tarde muito grossa no atendimento. Nas fotos do site aparece que os quartos tem banheira, porém chegando lá, não tinha. Apenas 3 tinha, pedi para trocar e pagar a diferença, não fui atendido na solicitação. Pelo preço pago, pode achar algo melhor na cidade por um preço um pouquinho a mais.

Chegamos à noite. Localização ruim. Cama sem lençol. Banheiro sem sabonete. Depois de tomarmos banho eu e meu filho percebemos que a cama do meu filho estava com o pé quebrado, impossível dormir sobre ela. Meu marido já estava dormindo .... seria um transtorno teocar de quarto, até porque era 2:30 hs da madrugada. E se não bastasse o quarto cheirava mofo. No café da manhã, leite e café estavam frio, a moça do café faxinava os armários que ficavam no alto e embaixo estavam os potes de cereal, jarros de iogurte e suco, jarro de água .... enfim .... terrível. Nunca mais....

Boa e rápida recepção e checkin. Ficamos em apartamento no nível do estacionamento, o que foi bom, pois estávamos acompanhados de 2 pets. Quarto espaçoso, além de espaço extra com pia, mesa, frigobar e micro-ondas. Instalações um pouco antiga principalmente do banheiro.

A banheira do banheiro conforme estava mencionada na descrição dos itens que estava previsto não estava funcionando nao estava esquentando falei com a funcionária da recepção ela não conseguiu resolver ficou sem resposta pra mim disse que não poderia fazer nada só me falou que estava funcionando mais quando fui usar nao estava ai eu fiz um esquema com a mangueira do chuveiro colocando ela pra dentro da banheiro enchi a banheira com agua do chuveiro quente para poder usar somente isso que aconteceu que me deixou chateado quando disse que eu iria querer ser reembolsado pela falta da banheira amoça da recpção nao me deu uma solução
