In this residence we offer types of studio apartments (5 plus one with a mezzanine) and two-room apartments (4), some on the first floor, others on the second floor, some with a terrace, others without.

All apartments are served by air conditioning in every room. They have a modern kitchen equipped with induction hobs and electric oven, and a bathroom with shower and bidet. In this case the bathroom has a nice window and a wall-mounted hairdryer. It consists of a triple room with ceiling fans (double bed plus single bed) with nice window and single sofa bed plus single pull-out bed in the living room and ceiling fans. Terrace for exclusive use.

Important Notes:
- registration is required even if there is no overnight stay but only a short stop (even less than an hour), therefore we inform guests that it is necessary to communicate in advance any guests present in the facility
- For groups of young people the minimum age for check-in is 21 (on request also younger, with payment of double security deposit)
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of € 30
- deposit (mandatory): € 150.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected property, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Marina di Campo (or Portoferraio for low season periods).
