We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date.. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and utensils at check-out, carry out waste sorting and dispose of the same.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and their tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer profile.
Splendid villa located in the village of Seccheto, 270 meters from the sea, on the Costa del Sole. This area is particularly famous for its sunny coastline, suggestive views and peaceful atmosphere.

Villa with independent entrance that is proposed, for exclusivity and design, as one of the best solutions in the area, where the sincere love and aesthetic taste of the owners shines through. It is accessed from a large outdoor patio surrounded by a garden with citrus plants, equipped with a table for eating, relaxation area with sofas, outdoor shower and worktop with sink. Internally we find a living room with a well-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: the main one is a double bedroom that overlooks the wonderful terrace, the second bedroom has a double bed and a mezzanine where you will find two single beds. Large bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine complete the property.

The property is not easily accessible for guests with reduced mobility, as access requires walking up an uphill path of approximately 25 meters, including a staircase with 30 steps. A parking space is guaranteed from June 1st to September 30th; outside this period, parking is generally not an issue (IS 80 M FAR).

Important Notes:
- groups of Young People under 25 years of age are not allowed
- the rental must be for a maximum of 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children
- we remind customers that only regularly registered people can stay in the house
- * the stone BBQ seen in the photo cannot be used
- check-in in our offices from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm and check-out by 9:00 am; for check-in after 8:00 pm a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- animals not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- we ask guests in case of bad weather to remove the cushions from the outdoor garden furniture (otherwise they get ruined)

Information for key collection:
The information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected property, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Campo or Portoferraio.
