This nice and elegant residence, extremely convenient for its location. It is located in a residential area near the pine forest of Marina di Campo and is set within a lovely private garden. It is less than 500 meters from the center and the beach of the village and is the ideal starting point to visit the beaches of the south-western side. Recently built, it has a swimming pool and offers its guests a private covered parking.

Die Lage, Rezeption, Anlage und Pool waren sehr gut. Das Appartement (C1) ist jedoch in die Jahre gekommen. Dusche (Schimmel) und Küche wären dringend zu sanieren. Generell herrschte im Appartement ein unangenehmer Geruch (Feucht, Schimmel) den wir trotz mehrmaliger Reinigung und dauerhaften Lüften nicht herausbrachten.
