Enjoy a holiday as a couple or with your children surrounded by the Sicilian countryside and in complete tranquility. The house is newly built (2024) and is equipped with everything you need to be able to cook Pasta, eat outside, have a barbecue or simply relax on the terrace listening to the birds singing.
The place is an excellent starting point for visiting Sicily and just a few minutes drive from the sea! The house offers a spacious living room with dining room and equipped kitchen, a spacious double bedroom with the possibility of adding a single bed or a cot, a full bathroom with shower and a spacious terrace equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining and a lounge area to relax. A private car park on the property can hold 2 cars and also offers a charging station for electric cars (see the "House Rules" for details on electricity consumption)
