- Bedroom 1: double bed with led lighting, large closet, window with mosquito net, air conditioning, bedside table, dresser and mirror;
- Bedroom 2 = 2 single beds, closet, bedside table and a window with mosquito net;
- Kitchen: modern kitchen with all cooking accessories, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, TV.
- Living room-kitchen: two single beds (sofas), table and chairs, air conditioning.
- Utility room: washing machine and cleaning accessories, iron and ironing board.
- Covered veranda: table and chairs, safety gate for children.
- Private garden completely fenced with independent entrance, barbecue, swing, private outdoor shower with hot water, private parking inside.

Services at your disposal:
-Access to the seasonal swimming pool;
-Access to the seasonal swimming pool; -Reserved and exclusive place in the park of the pool with 1 deckchair per person, umbrella and table. A unique service for all our customers;
-Direct access to the beach (100 meters from the sea);

Our area is well equipped with all services. In fact, within 2km you can find: large supermarkets (Conad, Ard, Todis, MD), restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pubs, bakeries, beaches with beach facilities and water park.

Our location is strategic, in fact you can reach and visit the most famous tourist destinations of Sicily in a short time. It would not be the same thing if you chose another area. The rental price does not include:
- Tourist tax: euro 0,50 per person per night, children under 12 years old excluded (to be paid on arrival in cash).
- Swimming cap(s)

BED CONFIGURATION:
1/2 persons: one double bed (1 room)
3 persons: one double bed + 1 single bed (2 rooms)
4 persons: one double bed and 2 single beds (2 rooms)
5 persons: one double bed and 3 single beds (2 rooms and living room)
6 persons: one double bed and 4 single beds (2 bedrooms and living room)
If you need a different configuration, please contact us in advance. Changes are only allowed up to 24 hours of the day of arrival.

POOL ACCESS
- Opening period (indicative): April/October
(The period may vary depending on weather conditions)
- Daily timetable: 09:30/19:00
- Use of swimming cap mandatory

OPTIONAL EXTRA SERVICES (to be paid on site):
- Baby crib and high chair: € 30 (one-off)
- Extra charge for pets: € 25 (one-off)
- Midweek cleaning (to be agreed)

COVID-19 REGULATIONS:
- Please make sure your reservation includes all the people who will be staying with you.
- Outside visitors or guests are not allowed to enter.
- All guests must have a valid Green pass.
- A mask must be worn at check-in.

This villa offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
