Ruim, com exceção do atendimento das funcionárias. Quarto pequeno, não me atentei na hora da reserva que não havia frigobar. Aquecedor pago a parte. Café da manhã muito básico e em modo contenção, poucos lugares disponíveis para uso.

Ótima localização

Se a pessoa quer conforto, local de luxo estilo o HGH, a Pousada Pink Village, etc, não vá. A funcionária Shirley é um AMOR DE PESSOA, super prestativa. O local fica próximo do centro comercial e do centro turístico (Capivari), tem mercado, posto de combustível, pizzarias bem próximos. Lá não possui torneiras quentes nos banheiros do chalé, e os chuveiros não são tão quentes (em especial o da suíte), não há televisões Smart (esqueça Netflix, Prime Vídeo, etc). Pelo valor pago, não tinha como exigir e esperar um super atendimento e um local que houvesse de tudo, como eu queria uma estadia e com boa localização, fui e não me arrependo. Pra quem quer localização, super recomendo!

Foi muito boa. O café da manhã estava muito bom e bem servido.li alguns comentários denegrindo o café da manhã, porém não tive o que reclamar, achei tudo ótimo. A funcionária muito educada e preparava o café com muito carinho e amor, efereceu trocar as toalhas diariamente, ofereceu decador de cabelo, e estava sempre solícita. O quarto é confortável e aconchegante. O chuveiro funcionou perfeitamente. Vi alguns comentarios falando sobre não esquentar por nada. Também não tive problemas com isso. Só atenção quando for para campos e estiver muito frio no local, pois eles disponibilizam aquecedores com uma taxa extra. Então fica a dica para planejade viagem.

A localização é muito boa perto do centro e perto da avenida que tem tudo. Alguns pontos precisam ser melhorados, mas nada que comprometa a estadia. O atendimento foi muito simpático o café da manhã foi bom.

Quarto muito diferente do anúncio, chão carpete com muito pó, pensei em tirar o tapete para meu bebê engatinhar no carpete puro e não ter o que colocar na boca e tinha muito pó embaixo, acho que limpam apenas por cima, quando chegamos não tinha TV, tivemos que solicitar e atenderam a nossa solicitação, estacionamento bem pequeno, pelo que entendemos cabiam 3 carros apenas, mas informaram que era tranquilo deixar na rua, o atendimento gostamos, café da manhã com poucas opções, porém gostoso, bem caseirinho. Nossa insatisfação foi com o quarto, nossa estadia ficou quase 700 reais, mas não vale pelo que entregam.

Péssimo, não recomendo.😡

Nao gostei, quarto totalmente diferente do que foi mostrado no app e inclusive pelo whatsapp do estabelecimento. Quarto com infiltrações por toda parede,cheio de mosquitos e a cama de solteiro simplesmente bamba...( balançando). Na hora do cafe da manhã, tive que esperar com minha família outras pessoas acabarem, por volta de 30 minutos, pois nao tinha lugar para sentarmos. Meu carro dormiu na rua, eles oferecem um estacionamento que fica um carro amontoado no outro,que para um automóvel sair, o dono do carro ,tem que bater na porta do quarto do hóspede para retirar o outro carro. Meus elogios só vão para os funcionários, que são muito educados e simpáticos. Não recomendo. 😡

Localização boa, deixou a desejar quanto ao conforto tinha um pátio com vista ótima, porém sem cortinas na porta de vidro, foi o que nos deixou bem desconfortáveis sem privacidade, pois as pessoas de fora tinham a visão do interior do quarto, tive que improvisar uma cortina com a coberta da cama. Do mais, foi muito bom.

O local é bem limpinho, mas o quarto é pouco aconchegante, com travesseiros muito baixos, sem ar e sem ventilador. O café da manhã é bem gostoso! Pelo valor, eu esperava mais.
