Incrível foi a nossa a estadia. O hotel é lindíssimo, meu filho amou Apenas no segundo dia que a banheira de hidromassagem coletiva não estava limpa. Mas o hotel é maravilhoso! Tem um ofurô bem quente para aliviar o frio. Tem um diferencial que é um microondas para uso a qualquer momento que se torna mais prático caso compra algo pra aquecer.

A acomodação foi boa, já tinha hospedado no hotel 02/24 e foi surreal, muito bom. Outra vez hospedei na data 05/25 mas alguns pontos a se falar que seria a iluminação do quarto que é fraca e a limpeza que faltou trocar as toalhas (não me recordo se havia algum aviso de “para trocar as toalhas deve deixar em um lugar “x””). Mas tirando isso foi tudo perfeito, acomodação, café da manhã, estacionamento…

O castelo é bem bonito… Mas os problemas foram nos quartos. Primeiro fomos direcionados para um quarto no anexo que estava sujo (com toalha de chão usada, etiquetas de roupas removidas provavelmente da pessoa que esteve acomodada antes, roupa de cama com cabelo e pelos). Reclamamos e fomos para um segundo quarto no castelo (torre), o cheiro era muito forte e atacou a rinite minha e de meu marido… A cama desconfortável e o quarto não é tão limpo, a casa de solteiro também estava com um fio de cabelo.
