O hotel tem custo benefício regular, pois é bem simples e necessita de melhorias. O ar condicionado dos quartos são antigos e bem barulhentos e o banheiro vazava água para o quarto pois não tem box de proteção.

Bom dia! São 1:11 da manhã eu tive que trocar de quarto tamanho barulho no corredor, gritos, murro na parede, risadas altas, falando alto, e aos berros e batendo porta, não consegui achar o telefone da portaria, já estava cansada de tentar dormir desda onze e meia, desci e pedi para o atende me trocar de quarto, e mostrei para ele a gravação da gritaria, tenho trabalho em São José, moro em São Paulo, e minha primeira experiência no hotel, foi muito ruim devido a falta de respeito, eu acredito que não seja hóspede porque ouvi barulho de máquina de lavar! Não conheço os funcionários, tirando a portaria que o atendimento foi muito bom, a falta de respeito com os hóspedes foi Grande! Uma da manhã eu mudei de quarto para tentar dormir, estava no 104, devolvi a chave e subi para 207, para tentar dormir para iniciar o meu dia! Que já iniciou! Tenho a gravação do barulho intenso!
