O local é novo e o quarto tem boa estrutura, limpo, bem organizado, porém a entrada parece um lugar abandonado, poderia ser melhor aproveitado. Quando chegamos, tivemos dificuldade para entrar, o qr code não funcionava. As explicações sobre o check in não foram claras, mesmo tendo entrado em contado dias antes, não obtive retorno e só entraram em contato no dia que chegamos. Minha amiga e eu ficamos procurando como entrar no lugar, já que não tinha informações, descobrimos que não precisava do qr code, o portão de pedestre ficava aberto 24h por dia, mas se precisasse entrar de carro, não conseguiríamos. Para abrir a porta do quarto, tbm não tinha informações, tivemos que perguntar pra atendente virtual onde estavam as chaves. Eles teriam que explicar tudo isso previamente. No check out, tivemos outro problema, perguntamos se poderiamos deixar as malas e pagar uma taxa para retirar mais tarde, no dia anterior me informaram que sim, pois não havia reserva pro mesmo quarto. MEIA HORA antes do check out, me avisaram que não poderia mais deixar as malas lá. A sorte é que eu ainda estava no quarto, mas poderia estar em algum passeio e não conseguiria voltar a tempo para retirar as malas. A atendendente parou de responder, entramos em contato com um outro numero de emergencia para saber se poderiamos deixar as malas fora do quarto, mas ninguém respondeu. Foi um descaso total. Um ponto positivo é que permitiram antecipar o check in.

A cozinha toda equipada para cozinhar, bem completa, o lugar é lindo, o quarto muito aconchegante (não tem ventilador, nem ar condicionado e nem aquecedor), mas levei um ventilador pequeno e foi o suficiente para nós. Eu amei, quando voltar para Campos do Jordão, me hospedarei novamente aqui. Vale muito a pena pelo valor baixo.

O espaço é exatamente como apresentado nas fotografias. Ambiente super limpo, cama confortável, e disponibilidade de utensílios para refeições rápidas. O loft fica a aproximadamente 500m da Vila Capivarí, podendo se deslocar a pé. Recomendo!!
