Desatualizado e impressão de que ficou fechado.

Hotel antigo, aquecedor a óleo insuficiente para uma noite de 5 C, roupa de cama antiga, chalé com cheiro de lugar fechado, muito simples e justificou o preço baixo que paguei na tarifa para uma passagem por Campos num feriado sem opções similares. Mas há a pretensão, equipe cordial, há piscina, mas necessita de reformas.

Pra ficar ruim tem que melhorar muito

Local desorganizados único funcionário no dia pra atender recepção e atender os hóspedes , troquei de quarto 3 vezes banheiro água gelada , local não muito limpo , liguei o chuveiro caiu uma aranha na minha cabeça , kkkkkkk tem que rir pra não chorar , aluguei um quarto triplo me deram um só com cama de casal aí reclamei me falaram vou ver se tem algum disponível , poxa eu reservei com antecedência ,,, aí me deram um chalé que não tinha água quente aí por final me deram outra suite ,

Decepção total

Começou pelo check in atrasado. Que começava as 15h, chegamos la as 16h e ainda não estava pronto nosso quarto. Chegando no quarto, uma grande decepção, nao tinha aquecedor, a tv era de 10 polegadas ou menos. O chuveiro quase nao caia agua, o vaso sanitario estava solto, banheiro todo molhado. Os frigobar tinham “acabado” e o secador estava queimado, pedi outro e mesmo assim veio outro queimado. O cafe da manhã é ok! Mas o que era pra ser uma noite romantica, foi um transtorno. Nao voltaria

Hotel regular que poderia ser excelente

A área do hotel é linda. O espaço é maravilhoso. O chalé em que fiquei precisa de manutenção. TV pequena, de tubo, sem controle. Banheiro antigo, com chuveiro elétrico (geralmente em lugares frios, o aquecimento é a gás). Pia do banheiro sem água quente (um desafio para lavar o rosto e escovar os dentes logo cedo). Em compensação, os funcionários são ótimos e o café da manhã é bacana. Com uma reforma, o hotel ficaria nota 10, sem dúvida.

Reservei o quarto em abril para viajar em junho e paguei À VISTA, e duas semanas depois recebo mensagem do hotel dizendo simplesmente que "não poderá me hospedar pois houve um problema no sistema e que já mandou e-mail para hoteis.com". Se eu não tivesse corrido atrás VÁRIAS VEZES, eu não teria viajado. Por sorte me retornaram dizendo que tinham conseguido um quarto. O hotel é legal, porém não recomendo ir em época muito fria pois não tem aquecedor.

Garden Hotel parou no tempo há 50 anos...

Hotel com uma área grande e bonita, mas extremamente velho e sem nenhuma manutenção. Parece que ficou parado no tempo. Quarto com forte cheiro de mofo, roupa de cama e travesseiro ruins. Chuveiro espirrava água para todos os lados e o que sobrava para quem estava tomando banho era uma bica pequena e fria, em um dia gelado de Campos. Porta não trancava direito (trinco da porta quebrado). Solicitei troca de quarto, mas não tinha disponibilidade. Café da manhã farto porém tudo amanhecido: pão duro, donuts duros. Tinha um bolo de chocolate fresco e gostoso que salvou o café da manhã. Wifi não pegava nos quartos. Fim de semana frustante!

Agradável surpresa

Estive com meu esposo e minha mãe nesse fim de semana (19 e 20/05),e ao contrario do comentários tive uma grata surpresa com a pousada. Pousada limpa,com espaços compartilhados bem agradáveis,área externa com muito verde e uma vista bonita. Tivemos um pequeno contratempo quando chegamos,nosso quarto era para 3 adultos e tinha somente 1 cama de casal.Porém em questão de minutos eles resolveram o problema e colocaram uma cama de solteiro no nosso quarto. Cama confortável,chuveiro ótimo,café da manhã bom.A pousada não fica perto de Capivari,mas em nada nos atrapalhou porque estávamos de carro. Não espere o luxo de alguns hotéis de Campos,mas espere um ambiente agradável.

Bem simples, mas econômico.

Quarto beeem simples, diferente das fotos disponíveis, porém limpo com cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Quarto bastante apertado, sem cabides ou espaço para poder colocar a mala, contudo como tinha uma cama de solteiro que não utilizamos, colocamos mala e toalhas molhadas em cima dela. A wi-fi não funcionou no quarto, a tv era pequena e antiga - de 14 polegadas, e apenas funcionava canais abertos. Café da manhã bem servido, mas sem luxo. Atendentes super educados e prestativos. O endereço que está no site hoteis.com não está correto, melhor ligar antes e pedir o endereço certo. Localização um pouco afastada do centrinho, mais próximo ao portal de entrada de Campos do Jordão. Recomendo ir de carro ou alugar, caso contrário gasta-se muito com taxi. Só uma coisa estranha, debitaram R$324,00 do nosso cartão, mas na folha de check in estava R$259,00 não sei se os hotéis.com cobra alguma taxa, mas achamos isso bem estranho e não souberam nos explicar o motivo.
