O local é muito charmoso, o atendimento é incrível e a localização é muito boa. O serviço de transfer para Capivari é um ótimo diferencial. Todos os funcionários são muito gentis e um lugar que trata bem os animais é um lugar que merece prosperar. A forma como tratam o "Savoy" ganhou nosso coração. Que continuem sendo assim. O café da manhã estava ótimo e o chá disponível para tomar perto da lareira foi bem especial.

O forte de nossa estádia de 4 noites, foi o atendimento dos funcionários. Andreia, Jessica, Shirley, Kauã, Mario e todos outros são incriveis. O Hotel necessita uma modernizada e uma cobertura na piscina, seria excelente. Os jantares foram mto gostosos. Café da manha mto bom. Limpeza do quarto mto boa. Gratos a todos. Tudo ótimo, café da manhã divino, vazão do chuveiro excelente. Kit de amenidades muito bom (xampu, condicionador e sabonete líquido Loccitane). Hotel com ótima experiência aos hóspedes

Hotel maravilhoso, com opção de áreas comuns, possui piscina, fogo de chão, e brinquedoteca. Quarto espaçoso e café da manhã muito bem servido. Funcionários educadíssimos e solícitos, e ainda ganhamos massagem no spa como cortesia. Vale muito a pena a estadia no hotel!

Muito bom hotel, ducha excelente só precisa ligar uns 15 minutos antes do banho para água aquecer, acho Gde desperdício. Cama confortável, tamanho do quarto bom e básico o 202 o qual eu fiquei. Excelente estadia, hotel muito bom com ambiente perfeito em Campos do Jordão. O quarto não é tão grande e o banheiro pequeno, mas os ambientes comuns do hotel superam tudo.

O hotel é muito bom, bonito, inslataçoes com aparência nova. Só o colchão do quarto que é extremamente mole, precisa de melhoria ai e o café da manhã é bom mas poderia ter mais opçoes seguindo os outros hoteis da cidade.
