Our stay was simply wonderful! From the moment we checked in, we were welcomed with great care, warmth, and professionalism. The entire team showed genuine concern in making us feel at home, especially since we were traveling as a family. A very special highlight was the surprise prepared for my sister’s birthday: the team arranged a cake with so much care, making the moment even more emotional and unforgettable for all of us. This thoughtful gesture truly made the difference and showed how much the hotel genuinely cares about its guests. The accommodations are comfortable, the atmosphere is cozy, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. O local é muito charmoso, o atendimento é incrível e a localização é muito boa. O serviço de transfer para Capivari é um ótimo diferencial. Todos os funcionários são muito gentis e um lugar que trata bem os animais é um lugar que merece prosperar. A forma como tratam o "Savoy" ganhou nosso coração. Que continuem sendo assim. O atendimento dos funcionários foi impecável, acomodações foi boa com algumas resalvas, enxoval já em condições de puído (toalhas), edredon manchado, e mesmo com a arumação do quarto, via-se nitidamente que a limpeza do piso tinha ficado a desejar, o pillow do colchão é separado então fica "dançando", tive a sensação de poucos funcionários para a quantidade de hóspedes. Nada que tenha efetivamente atrapalhado, mas que pode melhorar. A infraestrutura é boa, possui sala com TV, de jogos, playground muito legal, namoradeiras, dentro da pousada é muito agradável a vista é bonita, principalmente de parte do salão do café e dos quartos superiores. Café da manhã, bom e a tarde como cortesia servem algumas das opções da manhã. Disponibilizam algumas opções de lanches enquanto a cozinha estiver aberta, mas não utilizamos. Amenidades (touca, shampoo, condicionador, creme hidratante e sabonete).É bem localizado.

Melhor hotel da cidade.

Estadia incrível! Hotel maravilhoso, pessoas educadas, ambiente limpo e bem conservado, café da manhã delicioso, chalé muito aconchegante. Deixo um agradecimento pela cortesia do café da tarde, surpreendente! Na verdade os passeios e a diversão sempre acaba por volta das 16h. Esse hotel oferece um café de 17h as 18h para os hóspedes.
