overall very good. Surprised that the front desk did not speak any English, but still the staff was very nice. Also surprised that there is no ticket or document when I handed them the keys to the rental car. Usually you get a ticket or something proving you handed them your keys for the car. Again, overall very nice and loved the short distance to the main streets.

Hotel com excelente localização, estacionamento coberto incluído, perto do centro de Capivari podendo fazer tudo a pé. Staff super atencioso, e um restaurante divino com uma culinária vegana de primeira linha. Café da manhã super completo em ambiente ultra acolhedor. Piscina aquecida, sauna, spa, recreação, hotel super completo. Único inconveniente é que eles aceitam pets. Mas no geral nota 10! Recomendo comprar a Granola feita lá que eles vendem no restaurante.

Atendimento excelente, os funcionários são muito solícitos e atenciosos. A estadia foi bem confortável e a localização do hotel é ótima, com fácil acesso a diversos pontos turísticos. O café é maravilhoso, possui bastante de variedade, com frutas, bolos, salgados, pães, iogurtes, etc. Tudo bem saboroso e fresco. Sem contar que é 90% vegano, o que foi o maior diferencial desse hotel para mim, já que sou vegana. E mesmo quem não é vegano curtiu bastante, como o meu namorado.

O atendimento, a localização e o café da manhã são bons. Apesar de ser cliente do hotel há muitos anos, essa vez a hospedagem desapontou demais, um hotel que tem uma diária com preço elevado não pode ter uma quarto tão ruim, fazia um calor absurdo, impossível ficar dentro do quarto, não tem ar condicionado, o banheiro esta precisando de manutenção das torneiras e da descarga que fica vazando constantemente, no quarto tem apenas 1 tomada. Mas a que mais desapontou foi a temperatura dentro do quarto, estava impossível ficar até com as janelas abertas.

Estrutura excelente, quarto bom e equipe simpática. Vale destacar algo pontual: o alarme de incêndio disparou aproximadamente às 3:30 e entendo que isso pode de fato acontecer. O problema foi a falta de informação na madrugada, pois não sabíamos o que estava acontecendo e qual comportamento adotar. Também vale a pena uma manutenção no banheiro do quarto, pois o botão da descarga estava solto e acabou caindo da parede. De qualquer forma recomendo o hotel, pois a localização é ótima e a estrutura também. .
