A Seamless experience in the Brazilian hills

This hotel is an exuberant point of comfort and convenience, from the entrance gates we could see the attention paid to every detail, my family was very well received, we were welcomed and well served by the entire staff, we had no desire to even go out and see the city. I hope to return soon

Tivemos uma experiência excelente no Ort Hotel em Campos do Jordão. A estrutura do hotel é impecável, muito bem cuidada e com um padrão de qualidade que realmente se destaca. O ambiente é elegante, acolhedor e transmite uma sensação de tranquilidade desde o primeiro momento. O quarto estava extremamente confortável, limpo e muito bem equipado, proporcionando dias de descanso perfeitos. Mas o grande diferencial, sem dúvida, são os funcionários. Atendimento atencioso, educado e sempre disposto a ajudar. A equipe faz com que a estadia seja ainda mais especial — é o tipo de hospitalidade que realmente encanta. Como sugestão construtiva apenas, talvez no verão a temperatura da piscina pudesse ser um pouco mais amena, para ficar ainda mais agradável nos dias mais quentes. No geral, foi uma experiência memorável, e certamente voltaremos.

Fiquei em um dos quartos mais caros do hotel (chalé). Quarto claramente sem manutenção adequada. Inúmeras GOTEIRAS em dia de chuva. Pendurador de toalha/aquecedor solto da parede e caiu em um dos hospedes, fazendo inclusive um leve ferimento (que poderia ter sido grave fosse uma criança ou idoso). Portas emperradas que não fechavam direito. Muitos insetos e teias de aranha no quarto, mesmo logo após o check-in. Inclusive, no primeiro dia, encontramos uma aranha assustadoramente grande no quarto, com alta probabilidade de ser venenosa. Serviço de restaurante excessivamente demorado pra chegar a comida. Não está à altura de hotel 5 estrelas. Quanto ao preço, totalmente fora da realidade para o que oferece.

Minha experiência no Ort foi, em grande parte, muito positiva. O hotel é belíssimo, com uma localização absolutamente privilegiada, de beleza rara, e o passeio a cavalo é memorável, um dos pontos altos da estadia. Durante minha permanência, no entanto, houve uma queda de energia que se estendeu por aproximadamente dois dias. Embora o hotel possua gerador, não há um sistema reserva nem um protocolo de gestão de crise estruturado, o que acabou impactando significativamente a experiência. Nesse período, não foi possível usufruir das comodidades oferecidas pelo hotel, e, ao buscar alternativas ou algum tipo de compensação, a comunicação foi lenta e exigiu insistência. Apenas em um momento posterior houve uma postura mais resolutiva por parte da equipe. Em casos de queda de energia, não recomendaria a hospedagem. Ainda assim, ressalto que, fora esse episódio específico, o hotel entrega uma experiência de alto nível, com qualidades que merecem destaque.

Lugar muito bonito e tranquilo. Fiquei no quarto mais simples, mas era muito bem decorado, amplo e limpíssimo. Café da manhã sensacional. Os funcionários da recepção foram muito gentis e solícitos. A única coisa que não gostamos foi do atendimento do restaurante e do bar: funcionários despreparados, de cara fechada e atendimento lento. No bar, por vários momentos, não havia nenhum funcionário para nos atender. Enfim, acho que um hotel dessa categoria deveria prezar por profissionais mais vem treinados.
