O preço não compensa a qualidade do serviço

Instalações ok, mas desligam o aquecedor automaticamente com 13°, mesmo se você pedir pq está muito frio. Além disso, o atendimento é péssimo e deixa a desejar. Funcionários arrogantes. O hotel estava vazio e solicitamos “late check-out”, em um primeiro momento, eles autorizaram, mas depois fizeram confusão, foram extremamente grossos e nos obrigaram a sair do quarto às pressas.

Excelente experiência!

Eu e meu namorado ficamos hospedados na pousada durante um final de semana em Janeiro. O atendimento do Felipe na recepção é espetacular. Ele é extremamente prestativo e faz de tudo para que os hóspedes tenham uma experiência maravilhosa. As meninas que cuidam do café da manhã também são super cuidadosas. Como fomos durante um período de restrições, todos os dias quando descíamos para o café, uma mesa já estava preparada especialmente para nós. O quarto é super confortável, e com uma vista linda! Esperamos poder voltar o mais rápido possível!

Pousada muito bonita, fica próximo do centro, mas é necessário carro/uber para se locomover. Cafe da manha saboroso, devido as medidas de segurança é servido por uma funcionária bastante prestativa, tem opção de mesas em um deck com uma vista maravilhosa. O quarto é pequeno e simples, mas a cama bastante confortável; senti falta de uma bancada no banheiro.

Extremamente barulhento.

Local limpo, bom atendimento, contudo extremamente barulhento, local conivente com hóspedes fazendo elevado barulho em reunião em grupo na cozinha até às 22:00h, deixando inadequado qualquer tipo de descanso. Não recomendo o lugar por esta razão.
