Limpeza fraca

Hotel novo e com boa localização. O café da manhã é saboroso e diversificado. Possui um restaurante, mas na terça a noite não funcionou e não houve informações do motivo, e a alternativa foi apelar para o IFOOD. Me hospedei pela segunda vez no estabelecimento, apesar de ter sido muito bem atendindo pelo Luiz na recepção com um check in muito rápido alguns pontos deixaram a desejar na hospedagem. A limpeza do quarto não estava satisfatória, banheiro estava mal limpo mesmo no dia da chegada. Na arrumação, o quarto NÃO foi se quer varrido ou passado um pano úmido no piso. Apenas as camas horam arrumadas e as toalhas de banho trocadas. Sugiro que outros hóspedes levem um desinfetante nesses tempos de pandemia para dar um suporte ao combate da COVID-19. E o hotel estava vazio, logo não há justificativas para a limpeza desvalida.
