Gostamos da recepção. Fomos muito bem atendidos. O acesso ao quarto que ficamos no 4 andar não é legal. Precisa subir por uma escada em espiral bem estreita. Quem leva mala grandes deve ter dificuldades e pessoas com problemas de mobilidade certamente terão problemas. Honestamente, não prestei atenção se tinha essa informação do acesso ao quarto na reserva. Ficamos em um quarto quádruplo com duas camas de casal bastante confortáveis. O café da manhã é bom, tudo fresco e de boa qualidade, mas a falta de equipe fez com que houvesse falta de talheres e a reposição dos alimentos fosse demorada.

Decepcionante

Chegamos um pouco antes do check in e quando nos liberaram o quarto, as camas estavam todas desarrumadas, ou seja, não haviam feito limpeza, higienização e arrumação... lamentável. Outra reclamação é com relação a ventilação no quarto (101) que é inexistente (não só deste quarto mas pelo que entendi os demais quartos que ficam abaixo do térreo são iguais). Podiam instalar pelo menos uma porta do tipo veneziana para ventilar o ambiente. Também não possui ar condicionado, apenas calefação porém como quarto é abafado nem fiz uso apesar da temperatura relativamente baixa a noite (mínima de 8 ou 9 graus). Os pontos positivos ficam com a educação dos funcionários e o café da manhã que estava muito bom. De qualquer forma não me hospedaria lá novamente.

Pagamos quase 3000 reais por 2 diarias em Campos do Jordao. Assim, esperávamos uma hospedagem compativel com o valor cobrado. Quarto minúsculo, que mal xabiam as camas, armarios com mofo, sem TV a cabo no quarto; sem acesso à area externa (jardim) do hotel. Tem uma bela vista, mas nosso quarto tinha uma janela que dava para o estacionamento e não podia ser aberta. O cafe da manha foi razoável, simples, porém bem servido. Não limparam quarto mesmo deixando o aviso na porta. É um lugar para dormir, somente isso. Não tem atrativo nenhum para passar o dia. Ainda bem que Campos do Jordao tem muitas opções de lazer e recreação com a familia. Não recomendamos e nunca voltaremos a nos hospedar nesta pousada. Antes que esqueça, apesar do nome ser “suites”, é propaganda enganosa…

Mesmo com restrições de arrumação dos quartos devido a pandemia, atendimento cordial e agradável, embora antes de chegar foi informado que o quarto seria virado para uma parede, que não estava claro no anúncio, mas depois eles mudaram para um quarto de frente para a rua. Achei perto de tudo, mas só dá pra sair e chegar de carro, devido a localização. Em 05min da Vila Capivari. Café da manhã bastante simples devido as restrições da pandemia, não pudemos avaliar como seria em período normal. Do mais, gostamos da simplicidade e condições para dormir.

Acomodações muito Despojadas. Falta manutenção.

A pousada possui instalações com manutenção deficiente. Nosso banheiro teve vazamento no registro que deixou o piso todo molhado. O banheiro do outro aposento onde ficaram nossos filhos o piso estufou e quebrou, quase causando um acidente. Os quartos são muito simples, despojados mesmo, faltando itens de decoração e conforto que tornem a hospedagem mais agradável. As cadeiras do quarto são de plástico.
