Two levels with two separate living rooms are great for privacy when traveling with multiple families. This is the place to be no matter what season. Winter you have access to Campton Ski Mountain where there is night skiing, entertainment & food. 15 minute to Loon, Cannon, and Waterville ski Mountain. You have access to multiple pools, basketball, pickleball, tennis, fishing, Waterville Estates own restaurant and bar for members only with your exclusive pass for entire time of stay.

Property is in immaculate condition. Floor plan has two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. There is a deck at the front of the house facing the driveway and the road which is a bit awkward since all the views are on the opposite side of the house. IMPORTANT: at the time I rented the house there were no instructions for the electronic lock on the front and it was extremely frustrating unlocking the door. The owner did say he was going to update the check in instructions for the lock. If you have trouble opening the electronic lock you have to call the owner who lives 40 minutes. FYI: There is no cell service for Verizon customers.
