Our stay was amazing the minute we walked in the door. Staff were genuinely friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and as described. Cozy room with a gas fire place. The pull out bed where our two kids slept was even comfortable! The pool and waterslide were well maintained with enough towels for guests. Breakfast is included and there was a helpful breakfast attendant who was so welcoming and great with our kids. We left an item behind in our room and I was blown away that some one called concerned not long after we checked out so we could return to claim it. Great hotel and staff, we will be staying again next time we are in Camrose.

From the moment our party walked in, we were impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Everyone, from the manager to the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff had a genuine wish to make us comfortable. Staff had a great sense of humour and were always very approachable. Breakfast was the best we've ever had at a hotel. Omelettes cooked to order on the last day we were there! A great place to stay! We'll be looking for other hotels in the Canalta group for our future needs!

Our family was passing by Camrose and stayed at the Canalta. Great value for money - clean and spacious room! Kids had a great time on the slide by the indoor pool and staff was polite and efficient. Plenty to eat for breakfast, loved the waffles. Highly recommend!

First time staying here and it will not be the last. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a super friendly man behind the front desk.Who accommodated my requests upon my reservation. The room and all the facilities including the pool, were clean and fully stocked. Definitely would recommend staying here over the other options that are in the city. Will be back for sure.
