There is a different atmosphere on a family owned hotel - such as friendly staff, attention to details. The location is excellent, right by the beach with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. An easy car ride to the archeological sites of Assos/Behram.

One splendid place

We visited the hotel last year and liked it very much, so we booked it this year for two nights stay. The place is still wonderful but there are few things that had to be renewed. But we love the place, its gardens, the nice, large pool, its beach and its calmness.

A Marvelous Sea

It was an amazzing place: green, relaxing and clean. We were welcomed and we admire the bungalow, the small fruit tree and palms, and flowers lanes around, the big pool and the seats around it and of course the sea. The hotel is on the beach and the see is marvelous, clean and clear waters with coulorful fishes and pebbles. Thanks to the hosts and their friendly attitude. We hope to visit it again!

Odalar kötü kokuyor, duş için sıcak su yok. Havlular bile eksikti. Çarşafın değiştirilmesini istedim, elime verip gönderdiler değiştirin diye. Klima çalışmıyor, TV çalışmıyor, buzdolabı da. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği yok. Sigara böreği sipariş ettik, buzluktan çıksrıp 5'li kızartmışlar içi hamurdu. Her tarafa saçma sapan yazılar asmışlar:dışardan yemek getiren terbiyesizdir felan diye. Ama tost sipariş ediyoruz makine bozuk diyor. Çay istiyoruz, bitti diyor. Gatip bi işletme. Temizlik keza çok kötü. Bardaklar, tabaklar leke içinde. 5 gün kaldık çöpümüzü kendimiz poşet götürüp değiştirdik. Kapının önğne koyduğumuz çöpü bile 2 gün sonra attılar. İkincisini bekletmeden biz attık. Hizmet kalitesini, temizliği, yemeklerini hiç beğenmedik. Havuzların ikisi de oldukça kirliydi, yosunlanmıştı. Çocuk havuzunun yanında açık, üstüne şezlong çekilmiş ama yarısı açıkta motor kuyusu vardı.Bizimle gelen bi aile 4 gece yerine ilk gece kalıp ayrıldı.

Odada sıcak su yok. Temiz değil. Resepsiyondan güler yüz beklemeyin. Kahvaltı çeşidi çok az. Odada ki televizyon çalışmıyor. Havuz hiç temizlenmemiş ve suyun dibi çok pis kenarlarda yeşillikler birikmiş durumda. Saç kurutma makinesi çalışmıyor. Oda kapıları eski kilitlesen bile kendiliğinden bir süre sonra açılıyor. Ödeme esnasında memnuniyet bile sorulmuyor ve kredi karti taksiti olmadigini söylüyorlar. Otel kelimenin tam anlamı ile vasat maalesef. Wifi de mevcut değil ne yazık ki. Tek artısı denize sıfır olması.

3 gecelik aile tatilimizden...

Öncelikle belirtmek isterim ki burası bölgedeki en uygun fiyata ve mükemmel konuma sahip bir butik otel. Kadırga koyunda şezlong, otelde mütevazı bir kahvaltı, yetişkin ve çocuk havuzu ile 3 gecelik aile tatili beklentilerimizi karşıladı. Herşey dahil otellerle karıştırılmamalı ve beklenti bu yönde olmamalı. Otelde bazı şeyler elbette eski, tüm vaktini otelde geçirmeyi düşünenler için bu durum bir sorun olabilir ancak burada gezilecek o kadar çok yer varken açıkçası bizim için sorun olmadı. Oda değişimi talebimiz oldu, aynı gün içerisinde değiştirmemize yardımcı olundu. İşletme sahipleri kültürlü hanımefendiler, kendilerini tanıdığımıza çok memnun olduk.

Fiyat performans demek isterdim, ama malesef çalışanlardan, temizliğe, kahvaltıdan, plaja kadar hersey vasattı. Plajda düzen yok, resepsiyonda karşılayan otel sahibi çok nezaketsiz.Rezervasyonumuz ile ilgili çıkan ufak bir sorun nedeni ile istersem sizi alırım istersem almam gibi çok gereksiz cümleler kurdu.Kahvaltıda hiç çeşit yok, musluklardan akan su kuyu suyuydu sanırım.Odalarda ayakhavlusu ve yuz havlusu yok. Otelin içinde her yer dağınık, tozlu ve eski. Sadece yatma için kullandık oteli.Tek iyi olan kısmı kliması ve televizyonu çalışıyordu.

Bel établissement très mal entretenu.

Hôtel extrêmement bien situé directement face à la plage. Très beau potentiel, grand jardin, belle piscine ... MAIS manque cruel d'entretien. C'est dommage. Une rénovation s'impose c'est clair, mais ne suffira pas si un entretien n'est pas fait régulièrement (ex : parois de douches et robinetteries, il suffit d'utiliser les bons produits pour que cela reste propre. Idem pour l'entretien du jardin). Le personnel à la réception est très sympa, c'était la bonne note du séjour. Pour une nuit c'était parfait, et l'hôtel était nettement moins cher que ses voisins, mais nous ne serions pas restées plus longtemps.

Maalesef kötüydü, kahvaltı yetersizdi, hiç itina gösterilmemişti, odalara giden yolda ve oda kapısını açmak için ışıklandırma yoktu, odalar çok eskiydi. Bahçe içerisinde olduğu için odalarda karınca olmasını anlayabilirim ancak duvardaki tablo ve perdede ölmüş böcek olması anlaşılır gibi değil. V10 da kaldım onların hala orda olduğuna eminim.

Büyükyıldızsaray Otel’de geçen senede konaklamıştık bu sene tatilimizi bir gün daha uzattık. İşletme sahibi Süheyla Hanım’ın ilgisi sayesinde çok güzel bir deneyim yaşadık. İstediğimiz odayı bizi kırmadan ayarladı, özellikle balkonun olması bizim için çok iyi oldu. Otelin konumu ve manzarası çok keyifliydi. Bizim için güzel bir tatil oldu, Süheyla Hanım’a ilgisi için teşekkür ederiz. Ailenizle gidip uygun fiyat, huzur ve rahatlıkla tatil yapabilirsiniz.

Sadece plajını çok sevdiğimiz için ve otel de plaja çok yakın olduğu için tercih ettiğimiz bir yerdi ve family odaya girdiğimizde odada ek yatak vardı biz girerken çıkartıldı daha sonra tekrar bu otele kalabalık arkadaş grubu gitmek için rez yaptırdığımda ek yatak talebim olduğunu ücretini ödeyeceğimizi söyledim sert bir şekilde ek yatağımız yok yanıtını alınca otelde daha önce kaldığımızı ve gördüğümü söyleyince ben otel sahibiyim onlar bozuk gibi saçma bir cevap aldım daha sonra da yok hanımefendi ben onları başka bir yere ödünç verdim gibi saçma ve saygısızca söylemlerde bulundu. Otel konum olarak mükemmel fakat başka hiçbir artısı yok hele bu tarz insanların elinde zaten gelişemez. Havuzun konumu ve yeri de güzel etrafı da aynı şekilde fakat su yemyeşil havuzun dibi bile görünmüyor. Otel sahiplerinin sanki insanlar orada bedavaya kalıyormuş gibi tavırları zaten cabası telefonda da biz çok yoğun çalışıyoruz başka otele gidin gelmeyin o zaman buraya tarzı şeyler söylendi ve telefonu kapattığımda defalarca aramaya devam ettiler. Yıllardır otel tatili yapıyorum ilk kez böyle bir şeyle karşılaşıyorum bu tarz profesyonellikten uzak saygısız insanların bu güzel tarihi koyda bir işletme yönetmeye çalışması çok üzücü.

2 çocukla tatil yaptık. Havuzu var kızımız girer diye bu otelde kalalım istedik fakat havuz çok bulanıktı ve etrafında yer alan minderler vs dağınık ve kirliydi. Kaldığım (lüks ya da orta bir çok otel) yerlerde genelde 3 gece üstünde havlu ve temizlik desteği sağlanırdı. Burada tuvaletin çöpü dahi alınmadı. 4 gece konakladık oda temizliği olmadı. Kahvaltı domates, salatalık, peynir, haşlanmış yumurta vardı. Çalışanlar neden mutsuz asla anlam veremedik. Sanki yazlıklarına zoraki misafir gelmişiz gibi hissettik. Geçen sene de assostaydık o tecrübe güzeldi ama bu sene son oldu.
