The hotel provided us with a very comfortable stopover as we were travelling from Istanbul to Ayvalik. Huge choice of food for breakfast and the hotel was brilliantly located close to restaurants and the famous horse from the film Troy.

The rooms are small and cramped. The staff is relatively helpful. Cleanliness is about 8 out of 10 – there’s room for improvement. There's a bar/club in the backyard that gets very noisy until late at night. The rooms have no sound insulation, so you can hear everything. The only good thing was the location – within walking distance to everything. Breakfast is available, but nothing special.

Good location but poor services

The location is good however the internet connection is weak inside the room and the tv screen is small and in B&W. The staff in the hotel couldn't provide a tourist map of the area.

Excellent 3-star Hotel

An excellent 3 star hotel right in the center of Canakkale. Spacious room with comfy bed. Nice view of the Dardanelles. Very good breakfast with excellent service.

The hotel was in a great location and walkable to lots of restaurants and the waterfront. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, helping us buy bus tickets and showing us where to go. The room was good too and good value for money.

I like that it os in the heart of the close close to everything,, u can see the ferry sail off from the window.. what i dont like the room is a bit tight but the bed is cozy,, The parking not that confi.. pretty tight.. When i parked id rathe to not to move my car again to go any place far bc of the parking

Convenient comfortable place in Çanakkale

Don't know what it is officially rated but it felt three star. Provided everything I expect (nice clean room, ensuite, nice breakfast etc), so no complaints and quite pleased. Was particularly delighted that I was allowed in early in the day before check-in time (low season though). Hotel is just across from ferry port and at the centre of town. Very convenient. Reasonably priced

Very central location

Lovely central hotel. Very comfortable and stylish rooms. Spotlessly clean too. Had a lovely sea view. Breakfast was nice although staff not particularly friendly. Also thought the reception staff were okay but not particularly friendly. Shop around if you want to do trips to Troy and Gallipolli. I booked Crowded House tours with Truva travel not far from the hotel. Cheapest but very good too.

Get Sick and Get Scammed - Foul Play

The street price was120 Turkish lira compared to nearly 40$ on hotels.com. I got sick and had to extend. They automatically charged the expensive rate WITHOUT my permission. Hotels.com do they have your permission to charge my card for a second night? How dare you? How dare they? Is this a game you both play?

Great location, very good value.

Had a nice stay here. The hotel is modern and comfortable with a great location very close to the restaurant district, and bus and ferry stations. Breakfast was pretty good and staff nice. No complaints about this place. Good value.

Great value for the money

It is a great hotel in a great location. Definitely a great value for the money. It is right at the center of the city, with easy access to everywhere, and the rooms are big for a non-US hotel, especially one in a small town.
