Canandaigua Lake Front House

Welcome to our lake front house, built in 2004 and enlarged in 2014 to a total of 2000 sqft, on the sunny side of Canandaigua Lake.

Located on a quiet, private road, this house offers 4 bedrooms, a living room and a very specious and open kitchen and eating area, enough room to accoomodate family and friends. Our home, with 75' of pristine Canandaigua Lake Frontage has all the modern conveniences you want, including central air, laundry facilities and is only 5 minutes away from all amenities and all of your shopping needs.

The water depth at the seawall is one foot dropping gradually off to the end of the dock with about five plus feet. It's ideal for kids all ages to swim, snorkel or just sit in the water. The dock comes with an 6000lbs lifting capacity electric boat hoist, without canopy cover and a 1200lbs capacity PWC lift with handwheel.

All of our interior is newly furnished. The first floor includes a full bathroom with shower. The fully equipped, modern and bright kitchen with its breakfast bar seating six, the living room and the dining area are overlooking the lake.

From the dining area you step out on the covered porch which invites you to relax on one of the comfortable chairs.

The second floor has four bedrooms. Two bedrooms are with each a bunkbed twin over full, one bedroom comes with a double size bed. These three bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower. The masterbedroom comes with a queen size bed and its own full bathroom for a maximum of privacy.

The finished basement includes a TV which gives the kids enough playroom space.

Please note that for security and management reasons we have two (2) outdoor cameras installed. One is a door bell camera and the 2nd one is focused on the dock / deck area. We check on our house when it is vacant only, your privacy is important to us and is always respected.

Outstanding family rental!

Lots of indoor and outdoor space to spread out an enjoy the lake. Perfect for families. Close to groceries and the beach. Wonderful neighbors. Few stairs so easy for those with limited mobility to access the main floor. The dock was perfect for by brother's boat. The best house we've rented on Canandaigua Lake!

Great family get away...

The house was very clean upon arrival. We had a great time. The house is perfectly located close to everything and the view from the back porch is absolutely stunning, we gathered out there nearly every morning. We had family nearby and they came over for dinner a few times. It was nice and cozy, plenty of room for everyone. The only thing I would recommend is new mattresses for all the beds except the top bunks. Unfortunately, everyone woke up with back aches, but the house and view made up for the sore backs in the mornings. Our family spent amazing quality time together in this beautiful home. I highly recommend!

Gorgeous lake house, perfect for a memorable stay

Had a great visit with family at our vacation here. The house is well maintained and outfitted like home to feel comfortable but not intrusive. Grand living room with windows overlooking the lake are a main feature and a welcoming view each morning. The owners are very responsive and cordial. And even their neighbors were welcoming and friendly well. Quiet neighborhood. Absolutely would stay here again.

Luxurious lake living that feels like home.

My wife, 3 year old daughter and another couple were lucky enough to rent this gorgeous home for the first week of Summer. The photos are an accurate representation, but even still do not do it justice. Sunrise rays dance off the water. Sunset rays make their way up the dock and flood the well stocked, (everything you need) open kitchen each evening. Outdoor seating galore. A spacious covered deck throws all the shade, if you need it. Easy access to a gas grill and a fire pit for a roaring fire or roasting hot dogs and marshmellows. The home provides many comfortable places for sleeping. The 4 bedrooms, plus two very cozy couches in the living room just off the kitchen. Boat rentals, Scoops Ice Cream shoppe, micro-breweries and of course Wegman's are 5 mins away or less. Other than that, we found no other reason to leave the property and I'm sure you'll feel the same!

Our chicks were all in the nest for a week!

We absolutely loved this beautiful home! Super clean. Stocked kitchen. Location was wonderful. We have 3 boys (23+ year olds but I'll always call them boys!) They were all able to work their schedules to spend this week with us which was priceless. When we arrived the battery was not on the hoist. Owner and property manager quickly resolved this issue, and it was smooth sailing from there! A huge bonus of staying in this community is that we met fantastic neighbors who we can now call friends!!

Great house

My family was very comfortable in this spacious house. The kitchen is huge and very well equipped. There's even a waffle maker! We almost didn't rent it because there are so many hall photos and no pictures of two bedrooms, but every room is a good size and well appointed. Nice bonus - the balcony has a desk and 2 comfortable chairs. The HVAC system is great and easy to regulate. It was really cold at night and there was no problem using the furnace.
