Good value for a quick trip

A compact but comfortable hotel room with a small balcony. Only had a very basic cafe (coffee, mini bar type drinks & snacks) but the restaurant at hotel next door is very good & only 2 min walk away.

THe experience was terrible- the receptionist was extremely rude asked for Parking fee up front when I asked for an invoice she said can't give you one until you leave- how can yo take my money and not issue a receipt the next day your systems were down and I could not get a receipt was promised one sent to me by email and I am still waiting- ot good enough

Great location and service. Ideal for easy access to Northbourne Ave. and National Museum Area. Ainslie shops not far away. Room was clean and very comfortable. Perfect for our stay.

The unit was clean and had a great shower it was the best I've had for a long time. But the Kitchen was very basic it just had the basic we had friends over and we had three (3) little cups, three forks and glasses, so we couldn't all have coffee and cake together.

Was charged for parking when it was included in my package. Majority of guests checking in on this day had the same issue. Complete wrong bedding arrangement on arrival and zero staff working the busiest weekend in Canberra. Definitely do not recommend this dump
