Well kept property. Bathroom is old with shower curtain and sink. Kept fairly well. Breakfast staff very attentive and friendly, loved my coffee and omelete. Chefs really pat attention to orders. Only complain I have is about housekeeping, rooms were not cleaned properly. There was dirt on the floor near the beds, they left their key card on day 2 while they did the rooms.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel very close to most venues. However the service at the restaurant was very disappointing. During breakfast, staff forgot to cook and serve my fried eggs, and my black coffee was not served. The eggs and coffee were served after I asked for them again. At 630am, the place was not busy at all. Quite a bit of staff chatting instead of focusing on the guests. The worst part was the lack of an apology altogether. There were four of us staying in the hotel.

Room 301. Right next to the elevator, 20 yr old bathroom with the scratchy towels , $14 beers in the fridge, $40 on top to park car for 1 night. Charged more than Expedia booking, robotic front counter staff, my stay in country motels is better than this hotel, ..not as bad as a dump in the Philippines but will avoid Crowne IHG hovels now.
