There was no mattress cover on both beds. Reported to reception staff in the morning they said they would check up on housekeeping. We did not realise we had to request a top sheet on the bed. Recent stay at Crowne Plaza Pert they were supplied! Great breakfast. Thank you

We stay at this hotel every year and always have an enjoyable experience. The staff are lovely and go out of their way to ensure a smooth stay. While the bathrooms could use an update, this doesn’t bother us, as our visits are usually short. Overall, a consistently pleasant stay!

Everything was okay staff were friendly but here are my Notes Needs a buzzer of the outdoor Carpark. Pool heater needs to be fixed. Bathroom needs to be renovated it pulls the quality of the room down by miles and makes it feel overpriced. Buffet is way too overpriced for the quality of food.
