If you need phone reception don’t stay here

Beautiful and clean hotel. Restaurant menu is average with limited choices. There is no or minimal phone reception (Telstra). It is very disappointing that the hotel does not advertise this fact. I had to go outside of the hotel to make and receive phone calls. When I inquired at the reception I was told that the hotel in located at a poor reception area.

Amazing place

I love DECO - everything about it is perfect. Back facing and side facing (so, most) rooms are noise free. The apartment itself is just incredible. It has everything - I was there to write and as a writers retreat, I cannot fault it.

The Deco Hotel is perfect place to stay for family trips to Canberra. Conveniently located with spacious rooms and great facilities it has everything we need when travelling. Plus the staff are always friendly and very helpful.

Perfect stay

Beautiful hotel, from the lobby to the room. Clean, comfy and stylish. Light switches were slightly frustrating at times, as we couldn’t get the lighting to work in the bedroom - but that’s being picky. It was a great place to stay

Deco aced it!

Stayed in the one bedroom apartment. Excellent room with lots of space and all needed amenities. Staff service was excellent. Would definitely stay there again. Easy drive to all Canberra has to offer.

The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The one-bedroom apartment was equipped with a washer and dryer. The bathroom and bedroom were newly renovated. The location was decent, but there were no nearby eateries or supermarkets. The restaurant served excellent breakfast and dinner options. If I had to be picky, the televisions in both the lounge and bedroom could use an update. Chromecast wasn’t available, and there were significant issues with the sound and volume. Overall, it was an okay stay.
