some feedback that may help improve your customers experience;-
1. Visability from street level is difficult- it is not easily distinguishable from adjoining shop fronts. Suggest a plaque at street level displaying 'Mercure' and 'Reception' will help.
I drove past the entrance 3 times before asking a pedestrian for assistance. The Dry Cleaners next door dominate the visibility.
2. On check in- a diagram showing Hotell car parking navigation would be helpful. A simple diagram showing the Hotel parking is on 4 th level; follow the purple arrows; entry to hotel level parking is via the room key card; entry to all hotel levels from the car park is only via the lifts on level 4. Print this on the Room Number card.
3. A simple diagram printed on the back of the room key pass to indicate;- where to insert the card into the main power box on the RHS inside the door; where the key card pass is to be used eg. lifts; room door etc.
4. How to use the Do Not Disturb panel on the RHS of the entrance door; how to operate the AC controls.
5. The toilet paper is cheap and nasty and not befitting of a 4 star hotel.
6. The toilets do not thoroughly flush clean - suggest you leave a toilet brush next to the toilet.
