We won’t be staying again. Many small things such as bedsheets not long enough for the bed, multiple breakfast items missing and having to search for a waiter and inform them, firearm started 10pm and no management follow up or apologies, zero ventilation in the bathroom and a sign that showering with hot water can trigger fire alarm etc

I would recommend the maintenance team to get the poorly ventilated vents inside rooms.they are covered in heapsbif dirt and grim. The spa pool is too compact and gets overcrowded for a shared facility.The water gets dirty so quickly,one doesnt feel like to get in.
