Zentraler Standort der FeWo innerhalb Cancale mit Vor- und Nachteil

Die Wohnung ist schön modern, maritim eingerichtet und geräumig! Das war sehr schön! Man hatte kurze Wege zum Supermarkt und zu den tollen Bäckereien im Ort. Die Parksituation mit einem gegenüber der Wohnung gelegenen großen Parkplatz war sehr komfortabel. Allerdings fingen damit auch die Probleme an! Die Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung im Internet (auch per Bild) ließ nicht genau erkennen, dass es eine größere Kreuzung direkt im Ferienort war. Deshalb begann der Tag früh durch Lieferverkehr und Müllabfuhr. Da müsste es transparenter bei der Beschreibung der Wohnung im Internet zugehen, wenn man auch die genaue Adresse erst kurz vor Reisebeginn mitgeteilt bekommt. Minuspunkt! Einen deutlich größeren Minuspunkt gibt es aber für die Sauberkeit in der Küche der Ferienwohnung! So mussten wir äußerst dreckiges Besteck und einzelne Teller aus den Schränken und den Tellerstapeln heraussuchen. Vormieter hatten offensichtlich dreckiges Geschirr dort wieder eingestellt. Weshalb so etwas nicht von dem lokalen Makler kontrolliert wird, bleibt ebenso ein Rätsel wie die äußerst schmierigen Fensterflächen auf den Innenseiten der Fenster. Ich würde voraussetzen, dass bei dieser Kategorie auf so etwas geachtet wird. Der lokale Makler - darauf angesprochen - versuchte sich mit COVID-19 herauszureden. Das verwundert, da im Übrigen keinerlei Beschränkungen im öffentlichen Raum in der Ferienregion und allgemein in Frankreich festzustellen waren. Das muss besser werden! Etwas mehr Service und Leistungswille sind hier angezeigt. Schade, ansonsten haben wir aber Land und Region sehr genießen können! Wir kommen wieder, Cancale! Aber bitte über einen anderen Anbieter und in einer anderen Ferienwohnung (o. -haus)!
