Completely renovated with care in 2020, this beautiful 90 m² apartment invites you to enjoy the rhythm of the tides. Nestled in the \'Haut de Cancale\' district, it is a perfect pied-à-terre to explore Cancale and its surroundings, rich in discoveries. My elegant apartment in CancaleIIn a spirit blending white and wood, the modern and fully equipped kitchen extends over 20 m². With its central island and bar, it is designed for convivial moments. A large sliding door separates the kitchen from the living room. The latter, bright, with its white walls and parquet floor, offers an exceptional view of the sea and Mont Saint-Michel thanks to its two large bay windows opening onto the balcony. The space is divided between a spacious dining room and a comfortable living area. The master bedroom, bright and equipped with storage, has a 160x200 bed offering a soothing view of the sea, in a zen atmosphere. The living room has a 160x200 sofa bed, perfect for an additional sleeping arrangement for two people, with privacy preserved by the sliding door. The bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower and a vanity unit, while the toilet is separate.A large balcony equipped with a table, benches and deckchairs allows you to fully enjoy the exceptional panorama. You will also have access to a wooded and fenced communal garden, an ideal space for children.

Please note:

  • Bed linen (bed linen, 1 large and 1 small towel per person) is included for 2 people and is included in the final cleaning fee. For a 3rd or 4th person, it is offered as an option at €20 per person.
  • In winter, from November 1st to March 31st, a daily electricity consumption of 52.5 kW (heating at 22°) is included. Any excess consumption will be billed at €0.26 per additional kW on the day of your departure.

excellent anniversary stay

We spent 6 days as part of a 3 1/2 week anniversary celebration. Our actual anniversary was spent in Cancale, and this house was the perfect place to stay! It was a convenient walk to the center of town - for Carrefour, le boulangerie, le marche and more. It was a little further to the port for restaurants and les huitres, but still walkable. And, the house was wonderful for sitting and relaxing - wonderful breezes and light, and oh! the view! The woman who opens and closes the place was delightful, too. We are already talking about returning to Cancale and to this house.

Tolle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in dem gemütlichen Ferienhaus mit tollem Ausblick auf die Bucht von Mont Saint Michel verbracht. Die Ruhe und das intensive Licht sorgen für Erholung und die Möglichkeit, jeden Abend selbst zu kochen, hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung haben es erleichtert.

Impeccable! Une vue à couper le souffle

Une grande terrasse donnant sur la mer, le sentier GR34 devant la maison qui vous permet de superbes randonnées. Un endroit tout confort, décoré avec goût et très fonctionnel. Tout est à proximité pour la boulangerie, le boucher, le beau port de pêche. Une location tout simplement parfaite.

Hervorragende Lage, herrliche Aussicht. Gute Einrichtung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Stehlampe zum besseren Lesen und wärmeres Licht in den Deckenlampen. Ausstattung in der Küche komplettieren zB mit Schneebesen, Messer(set), Geschirrhandtücher, Eierbecher etc. Die Ausstattung mit Handtüchern und Bettwäsche war knapp. (Es gab noch Zusatzkopfkissen und Decke aber keine Bezüge) Aber trotzdem eine sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage. Schön ist es alle Geschäfte, den Markt und auch den Hafen zu Fuß erreichen zu können.

Sehr schöne Wohnung.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und der Ausblick ist hervorragend. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Cancale und Umgebung ist immer eine Reise wert. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Die An- und Abreise war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
