The host listened to our concerns but the problems were never rectified. Here is a list of concerns raised in our communications. Some were given band-aid solutions but problems still persisted:“It has been almost a week since our last communication. What has management decided about the extent of our refund? We still do not have hot water in most of the rooms. The four of us are showering in the only shower that has continuous hot water (the back small bedroom; the one with the makeshift air conditioner). The kitchen also does not have hot water, nor does it have a drain plug so we are forced to wash dishes in a pot. The oven still needs to be fixed since the igniter does not work, nor have you provided a lighter. Your web site indicated that there was supposed to be a bbq provided which there was none, however I do see them on other peoples balconies. In addition to these issues, there is no kitchen dish drying cloths, light bulbs burnt out, dryer not always working, no duplicate entry keys or proximity card, faucets spray in all directions, and additional bathroom hand towels, poor water pressure, etc. While we enjoy the view, the pools, and fine furniture there are far too many issues to provide for an enjoyable stay here. A refund of 30-50% seems to be reasonable under the circumstances. I think you will agree. We hope to hear from you soon.
