The hotel was satisfactory for my needs on this particular trip. All I wanted was a quick disconnect with no tours nor sightseeing desired. It was a quick 15min cab drive from the CUN airport. An expensive $47 USD cab fare but I learned that another couple staying at the same hotel had been charged $90 just one day prior. The hotel is very noisy as it is on a busy main street with traffic at all hours of the night. Thats why the hotel provides earplugs but they didn't completely block off thevloud motorcars and motorcycles. The hotel restaurant prices are steep but you have no choice but to pay unless you are willing to pay expensive taxis to go elsewhere. I attempted to walk about 1 mile in each direction in search of other eateries but there were none. The hotel meals were tasty but portions are not very big. The free breakfast only includes either one pancake or 2 slices of toast, coffee, some fresh fruit and juice from a carton.

This is a lovely hotel with a staff to match. We loved it!!! Wish we could have stayed longer than two. Nights. The continental breakfast is HIGHLY recommended!!!

The staff was awsome and the decor was cool but didnt feel like a resort at all. There is alot of hurricane damage that they are work I ng on so there was no spa or entertainment. The pools were too cold to use and only 1 bar was open sometimes besides the 1 restaurant. Not much for food choices and too expensive for what they did have. The free breakfast was ok as long as you like fruit. We did like that it wasnt huge and we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves but the beach is very small and you can hear the traffic zipping by all night.i bet the place was awsome before all the damage but if you are looking for a resort type stay this is not the place.

The property is far from activities and restaurants, but Uber is available. They are currently going through construction, but the parts that were finished were beautiful. There’s a lot of places to take a cool pictures onsite. Atmosphere was very relaxing.

Beautiful location. Some downsides.

It is a beautiful place. The pool and the lobby are stunning, especially at night lit up, the view from our room was breathtaking and from the rooftop during the golden hour it was so lovely. The traffic sounds were very loud though at night, which was not relaxing. The door and wall is very thin on street side. But you get to wake up and see the ocean and the staff are all very kind and friendly. Some things were needing repair after a storm a few days before and were closed off hopefully temporarily so we weren’t able to walk down to the water from the hotel.

Some of the nicest and friendliest staff you will come across. Unfortunately the rooms are so close to the motorway and the doors are just basic timber doors with no seal, so you can hear every single vehicle very clearly. It's very annoying, thankfully I was able to get to sleep all right.
