Beautiful scenery

Be cautious as some of these are not managed by hotel. So if you need extra towels etc you have to get ahold of the person who will be emailing you and wait til they find the person they hired there to notify them of why you need. And than maybe you’ll get assistance.

No maid service, AC leaked everywhere, and ants.

Do no lock your key in room, they charge A LOT. There is no laundry room or service. There was ants in the bathroom and the AC leaked everywhere and my daughter feel when we entered the room on the water. Half of the lights did not work. The view was great. NO assistance for service from the front desk. The dresser door feel off. The beds were ok.

It's not worth it

It's less then a 1 star horrible room very humid inside it had bed bugs when we tried to look for someone they they said they have to do anything with the condo so why they don't have someone that take care of the condo after 2 days we felt nasty and very uncomfortable being there just wanted to leave counting days ; the buffet food is very bad don't waste your money buying there save your money and choose a better hotel which there are plenty there a lot of rusty ands crusty stuff inside the room. Miguel was very helpful

Pésimo servicio

Quedamos totalmente abandonados después del check in. No había papel de baño, internet, debajo de las camas muy sucio. Les llamé para pedirles ayuda por una situación de un tour que les compré a ellos mismos y jamás contestaron el teléfono ni me regresaron la llamada. Horrible de verdad. No vayan a ese lugar, en serio.

Me hospede en solymar por una recomendacion de mi hijo, al momento de querer ver la reservacion nos informan que tiene distinta administracion y el servicio fue pecimo no hubo servicio a la habitacion no se manejo algun servicio y el costo muy malo a comparacion de otros hoteles q tenian todo en el costo del hotel por lo q se pago.

Dos noches sin poder dormir.

El minisplit de la habitacion se apagaba y prendia aleatoriamente haciendo un ruido tremendo cada vez que lo hacia. No me dejo dormir, el tecnico y la persona encargada tardaron 2 dias en arreglarlo.
